Victorinox Waiter Big Value in a small package (Under $20)

At under $20 I believe the Victorinox Waiter is one of the best values in the current Victorinox line up.
In combination with proprietary Victorinox Minitools, Tortoise Gear Accessories you customize your own version of the waiter.
Currently the only 91mm tool in production with the combo tool is the Compact, even pre-owned the compact will usually cost you more than $40.
For those like me who are inexperienced at modifying their Victorinox Knife (SAK/Vics) I believe this a great entry level tool and can be purchased for about $10-12 preowned which is a lot less painful if you mess up.
