Listening to this episode while working. I’m laughing out loud and shaking my head at some of the things these two are saying. Good thing that I’m working in an area by myself. The one that got me was when Ken Coleman said tgat the woman who was g it aging problems getting her title was “…in a triangulation oh incompetence.” 😂😂😂One of best lines that I’ve heard on this show. Pure entertainment!

For Elizabeth in Charlotte, NC she needs to possibly do two things in order to get her vehicles title straightened out (or at least in Virginia this would be the proper process).
First go onto the DMV website and submit a complaint form to the DMV concerning the title. This complaint form will get a DMV Special Investigator involved in the situation and those guys are extremely thorough when it comes to their job. The DMV Special Investigators in Virginia go through the same academy as the Virginia State Police and basically have the same powers and authority as a Virginia State Trooper.
Secondly, I would consider retaining an experienced and competent attorney to deal with the communication between yourself, the bank and the dealership. I can tell you from experience that when you get the right attorney involved in these types of situations you will get positive results. Companies respond differently to attorneys than they do to the average person.
The downside to retaining the right attorney is that it won't be cheap because with an attorney you truly get what you pay for 99.9% of the time. I imagine that an experienced attorney might advise you to wait until the DMV Special Investigator conducts their criminal investigation before you attempt any type of civil suit.

Also a lender can call a loan at any time.
They can deem you a high risk and require you to pay the full balance

Yeah, a four-year degree in Marketing and business development was worth it-the practical classes and activities really prepare you for the working week.

A lot of people live in a nursing home for more than 10 years so that really dictates that you consider long-term insurance that has a home health care Rider that is extremely critical

Congrats on 3 million on Instagram!!! AND guess what? My hubby and I enrolled in FPU and have the Every Dollar app. Just wow!!! I am now able to track my fledgling craft business expenses and see if I am falling in a deep hole. Which, I think the first year of business always is....Anyway, love the app, love the university, love the show! PS - I first heard about you years ago, just now really listening. Oops. LOL!!!

I don't believe you can buy long-term care insurance as a stand-alone product anymore. I've heard that long-term care insurance is now available only as an add-on product to a life insurance policy.

I think you missed the part where she said they have 120k in consumer debt and mortgages on commercial and residential properties. They are DROWNING in debt. That’s why this guy wants to sell and live in the commercial. That lady has NO IDEA what they make and what they spends

Nothing wrong with a consolidation loan that paid off nine credit card accounts averaging 26% A.P.R. in exchange for a Credit Union personal loan at 6.7% where we make double payments whenever possible, plus extra principal payments. I remember making Wells Fargo monthly credit card payments of $122 where $76 went for interest. Never again and close the accounts!

@@KC-dr3cg The psychology behind paying off each individual account helps more people actually get out of debt, that's why they teach it. The smarter more efficient way is consolidation but most people consolidate and slow down on payments.

As someone who works in IT, I completely agree. Without my degree, I wouldn't be able to be working at the major company that I am. You can find work, sure, but degrees open up doors. And Ken Coleman stands to make money if this guy attends the coding bootcamp. Also, programming sucks but is great if you can do it! Haha.

I think it is important as christians to point fingers at ourself before pointing fingers at others. Also, it’s a good rule of thumb that us selves may have spiritually sick eyes in areas that we notice in others bc of our own traumas and experiences
