Professor Leonard Merch: professor-leon...
A study of logarithms from the vantage point of being the inverse of an exponential. Focus will be on the creation of the graph of the logarithm and how to change between logarithmic and exponential notation.
The world needs more people like professor leonard. I don't have words to express my gratitude. he explains step by step without overlooking anything. He really knows the mind of a student and explains each and every detail perfectly. Thank you very much.
Every time I watch one of your videos, There is this ad that pops up saying
"STILL SEARCHING FOR MATHS HELP ON UA-cam? ARE THE VIDEOS FROM 2006 REALLY HELPING?"
ME: *Laughs in Professor Leonard* 🤭
I was waiting for this for very long and finally get this.
Thanks Professor
The best teacher. I have so much fun doing math. I always loved math. And you keep it straight forward and fun! Thank you professor.
21:01 you were looking so cute over that smile. May you live a long long life that even my kids watch you and say I topped because of PROF. LEONARD.
The domain of a logarithm is essentially a combination of the domain of a radical function (even index only), where the radicand cannot be *negative* , and the domain of a rational function, where the denominator cannot be *0* . The domain of a logarithm says the argument cannot be *negative* or *0* .
Best professor ever who knows the path to be a real professor❤
I'm so grateful for all his lectures so amazing
You wouldn't believe how perfect the timing of this video is. I can't wait for the logarithm/exponential properties video!
Same here! Hahahaha I just started this section in my class
Best math teacher ever!
Best Maths teacher ever and never
I'd love to see a video of how to change the order of integration with a given triple integral. Love your videos and blessed that you exist. I'd be failing calc 3 without you.
Hey everyone, it’s finals week, let’s go prof Leonard!
Professor,you are awesome,love your lectures!!
Love these aha moments thank you professor Leonard
The best teacher...❣️
Not only have you taught me math, you made me smile about dramatic calculators in a world right now where it is hard to laugh. You're the best!
Really appreciated this video professor, I got them today and they are all useful on log and exponential.
Can professor please make a video on limits and continuity ( left & right limits , improper limits ,and continuity in terms of limits) please .
Thanks 🙏🙏
Thanks for the great lesson!
thanks a lot for all the top quality content you put on your channel sir, i ,as student who graduated with a master degree in cs, always felt intimidated by math specially calculus because i was never taught to think about math but only to memorize it. thanks to you im relearning now . thanks a lot !
man youre the best math teacher ngl
Dude this is excellent
Whew, your vids have helped me this few years in college & now I am finished! 🤘🏾No math in law school I hope! 😩 Thank you. 💜
thank you professor
Amazing lecture
Logarithms are my Bae
Professor Leonard, thank you for another monster, Introduction to Logarithms and Their Graphs. Logarithms and Exponentials are common in math, science and engineering. Scientist use logarithms to study earthquakes on planet earth.
This is awesome!!! I do have a question tho. Would the exponential graph where a
a high school student watches college algebra, cz no one can explain this to me like him 💕
At roughly 41:00 in. That right there. If that could have been explained that way in all classrooms I don’t think students would have such bad problems with Logarithms.
18 years ago in my last math class with Logarithms, we were told “It’s the inverse of an exponent, figure it out” and two thirds of the class failed that section. I wish I had UA-cam back when haha.
Almost there Trigonometry. But I really missed College Algebra.
These College Algebra series should named as “College Algebra with late transcendental”
I enjoy your explanation 💪🏿
You are a life saver ❤
Professor L is jacked! 😆
In regards to the final example: would it be proper to state the domain is all x such that x is not a member of the interval -1 to 0, inclusive?
Thanks Sir 😍
Your the best
in a parallel Universe these Videos are over 50 millions views where people adore science and math
Does someone know some good book to learn these subjects?
This man is super man fr😭
Thanks!
a true math messiah
"Its a very OPTIMISTIC function"
LMAO well thats one way to remember the domain of logs
Now my brain can solve log directly, but can’t solved exponential 😂😂😂😂😂
I love you ❤️
Sooo... Math professor, football coach, and drama teacher? haha. 52:50
52:50 😂😂😂
Hi
daddy 🤤🤤🤤
