I’ve got a 2023 stage 1 whipple supercrew f150. Over the winter I plan on doing a fuel system and upgrading to a stage 3+ whipple. It’s gonna be good. Currently sitting on 22x9.5 with Toyo proxes st3 tires, 305/45r22
Got me a 2024 single cab 4wd on order. Should have it in 2 months. Gonna be a nice addition to my 3 boosted mustangs (TT 03 cobra, 3.0l gen 5 whipple 2015 gt, f1 pro charged 92gt). The f150 will be my new daily. Wheels, suspension will be first mods and then boost. Probably a whipple but considering turbo setup but with the ecu not being tuneable whipple will be what i probably get unless i wanna wait till the ecu become tuneable
@@davekiehl My 2018 RCSB FX4 2.7L (OEM 22" rims and tailgate with step installed) weigh approx. 4700 now also. Each 22" rim with 285/45-22 weigh 40 lbs. more than the oem aluminum rims with 265/70-17. The difference between the non-Step tailgate vs w/Step tailgate is approx. 80 lbs.
Wait a minute...dude is contradicting himself. He says he can build it for like half the cost and then says he's 80 grand into his which is not even close to what a Shelby truck is.....We need to stop hating on Specialty built trucks. They are marketed towards a certain demo who want to buy an already built truck that has a respected name attached to it. The Shelbys will always be valued more too. It's just a pet peeve of mine.
I like muscle trucks over muscle cars. They really stand out! Also there's no way that truck weighs 6400 pounds. Most(full size) single cab short bed trucks are around 4500 pounds.
The ignorant exhaust is so loud that you can't here the charger. The 2.9 whipple on my truck does whine at 18Lbs, although not as load as the stock eaton did at 15 lbs.

Why he said the truck weighs 6400lbs
Because he doesn’t fully know what he’s talking about.

My 06 superduty diesel crew cab was 6500lb
