@@ronniead5317 for now it's already almost 3 months in my possession, I haven't had any issues with it except for the thermals. It reaches 78 degress in gpu and 90+ for the CPU. Sometimes it blackscreens from time to time while idle and extreme heat.
The Planetside 2 benchmark should be seeing if it can survive the frame tank in large scale battles. Any device that can somehow survive that is a testimate to itself.
Perfect review, thanks. But I wonder what the idle temperature is, for instance just surfing the web or doing some word processing? You mentioned 85°c - but was that as high as you managed to push it trough games?
Idle temps don't matter at all as the fan control software will manage noise based on a number of factors w/ ambient temps being a big one. It's quiet while idle and that's the main point. 85°c was the highest I got it as I stated in the video. Gaming and Productivity.
@@2PACBRB2014 yeah bro. And it's performing great. You won't regret it in cpu but GPU is locked at 2300mhz (it supposed to be 2400mhz according to 6500m 's old amd GPU datasheet and in victus it is running on 2633mhz (kinda like that) which is great). I did overclocked it to 2610 mhz . Btw even in 2300mhz it was not bad performance by any means.
I just won this exact laptop from my job’s Christmas party yesterday and wanted to know if it’s worth it because we got it directly from MSI since they’re partners in my computer hardware company. And it was not in its retail box but in a larger special MSI box. I was surprised when I won this because I never win stuff in raffles and this was their second grand prize. Amitesh .Bro i think I know the review you are taking about. It was about the hp victus model right. It was summer time in India so actually the victus was thermal throttling, you can see it on afterburner stats the cpu was even exceeding 100c .In msi you can just turn on coolerboost mode and the fan will take care of yours GPU and cpu temp even in very hot summerdays.

If it does not overheat running CINEBENCH, then it will not overheat under normal usage. CINEBENCH pushes your laptop way more than normal usage.
