On the top , u there is a option called "magic wand ". U can select an enclosed area with magic wand and then if u apply colour, it will be applied only in the selected enclosed area
Don't know if you still need it: go to the "selection tool", then click the "magic wand", then click what you want to outline to stay between the lines. Hope it helped :)

@@AminaRameen there should be a tool bar at the top look on the tool bar and you should see a wavy line click on that then if you do the highest level it will be super perfect and if you do a low level it was still be ok,hope this helped if you need more help ask me☺️💖
Lock the layer on which you are coloring. While you lock the layer you can colour on it without it getting out but you can't put erasers on that layer.
It's on the top ,click on the 3rd option from the left , looks like a mouse pointer on a rectangle, and inside that , you'll find the magic wand , looks like a wand between a circle

It's in the landscape mode then ....try to turn on auto rotate mode in your phone or tablet
