What I like of your work is the simplicity in it. One camera and one light and the results are amazing. Of course your models are beautiful women and you are very professional. Thanks for share... Regards from Spain
Fantastic Work Jason! That young lady really new her stuff! Both beautiful and talented! I think you could add one more tip - find some gorgeous locations. Again, nice work!
@@boatkid888 awesome! Yes I was a PA Broadcast Journalist! I’m very familiar with Combat Photogs! I’ve got some good friends who were in Combat Camera units.
I would like to see a short video of your business process to cover the pricing options for your clients (per session, per photo, package deals etc.). Alslo include your deliverables (certain number of images, prints etc.) and do you provide both high resolution and low resolution images for them. If you don't mind also your pricing. I think a lot of people would like to know what goes on outside of the shooting session.
Very informative and helpful. Been a follower of your channel for a while now and noticed that most of your clients are dancers and a lot of the time they pose themselves. Do you have a list of go to poses that you could share with us for clients that are not shelf posing? Thanks for the awesome tips with a great model!
Great video Jason.. I love the way you explain it and share your tips and experiences.. As you talked about the free sessions and charge them for the pictures? I didn’t get it.. can you pls advise how to go about it?
Maybe offer a free session or sit fee…and tell them they only pay for the images they want. With being able to screenshot and download from the internet, you can always meet up and show them the photos. It’s just a thought.
So I love the 85. However. In this session, I went with the 50 more often because I wanted to show a little more of the scenery around her. Another is because the space was a little limited in some areas for the 85.

@@J.Allen_Photography I saw you are a fellow Vet. I'm a former combat photographer myself. Thank you for your service.

Great video, Emmy was excellent and makes your job look easy.
Great advice, I've been wanting to get into the Senior market more. I've only done a few.

Great video Jason but the music in the background to me was very distracting maybe turn it down a little bit so I can hear you better
Thanks! I’ll work on it!
Beautiful content to learn from ❤😊

Another great video, super informative!!
Are you planning to do a workshop on senior photography?
YES!!! WE NEED A J ALLEN WORKSHOP!!!!
Why did you go with the 50mm 1.2 rf instead of the 85mm 1.2 RF? The shoot was amazing by the way and her posing skills on point.

Great video, what kind of light/flash are you using
This was a Rotolight AEOS
@J.Allen_Photography reading is fundamental you had it on each photo lol
Hey Jason,
The “rep program” you reference.. is this something you run? Or is this something that someone else runs?
I run it for teens, seniors, and dancers in my area
