He IS new school Pac....Pac not around to give us the facts anymore but Tom damn sure does.....I love Pac too but Tom is my fav. Love Eminem too but Toms the BOSS in MY opinion.
Respectfully, I can totally see why he’d dub himself “New Skool Pac” - he’s the only rapper that talks about controversial issues instead of money, drugs, Cadillac grills etc. Who else raps about profound issues that no one wants to address? Who else says what others are afraid to say? Maybe Dax or Joyner Lucas, but no one as consistently as Tom.
Before anyone comes in and says iTunes took his song down, they didn't. He commented on one of his Instagram posts that it was an internal error on his part and would be fixed soon. #hangovergang for life 🔥🤘💥
I think the “biggie, shady, new school pac” line could be seen as a compliment. Tom thinks they are great enough to compare himself to. Pac and biggie would’ve been honored imo
Shot out! Good reaction bro. When Tom mentioned Biggie, Shady, and Pac he meant he was like them as far as stating the truth, facts about society, and speaking his mind as they did in comparison. #HOG
@@doncarlossr. exactly. pac was a revolutionarian. him and big are labeled as goats. but their content and method are so far a part opposite ends of spectrum
I think he is the greatest for one reason, NONE of the mainstream rappers called people out for their hypocricy for fear of getting cancelled including tupac.
His reference to being new school Pac Was basically him saying that he speaks the truth regardless of what people think and that’s how Pac did his music he spoke the truth facts in your face he even had to go and change his shit and call himself Makaveli because the record labels owned the name Tupac
Late to the game but I just found your reactions!! WHICH ARE AWESOME! As for the new school Pac line, I think he is referring to both of them being conscious rappers. Both discussed societal issues - things abs concepts of importance. He's not saying that he is as good as or better than Pac, just that he has picked up Pac's torch. This really is the base theme of his art - that you have a platform and you shouldn't trivialize what it does. Here's my take. It's interesting the way music evolves. When Tupac was rapping, we as a society were just starting to look at our issues. OG rappers hold a lot of responsibility for positive changes in our society. As we raised the younger generations by overzealous affirmation, we taught them that every single little thing they did (participation trophies) was worthy and of note. We validated all their feelings, regardless of whether they were healthy or not. The result? "Selfish, me first and the rest of you don't matter" young adults. Between this administration and the lack of empathy and spine in today's generation, a specific genre of music has been revitalized. Protest music - songs with a message. Tom is just one of the artists answering our country's call. There's Topher, Loza Alexander, Adam Calhoun, The Marine Rapper, Struggle Jennings, Burden, Dax, Bryson Gray, Mesus, Hi-Rez and Jimmy Levy and my favorite right behind Tom - Tyson James. I'd love it if you could react to Bodies and Rittenhouse by Tyson James.
I've almost posted this on a dozen other reactions to this song, but I will post it here: "I'm a Savage, Randy with the Bars" is a Double that nobody seems to get, its a reference to Randy Savage, the wrestler, but ALSO the word Randy was used frequently back in the day to mean someone who is extremely excited or eager, so that adds some extra weight to the punch...He's a beast, excited by his fierce art of delivering bars. that's what I get out of it anyways, lmk if you agree
@@RedTopReactions you can look it up, its out there :-) but hey, either way, that's what makes hip-hop great, we all get special meaning out of the bars that impact us
I do not know about the new school Pac claim either, but I will say I see glimpses of Pac in Tom. His willingness to tackle the tough issues with no filter and the way he can make you feel his message are 2 things he has in common with Pac. Pac was so much more though, so I cannot say those 2 things make you the new school Pac. There is only 1 GOAT and his name is Tupac Amaru Shakur.
gr8 reaction as expected after the HM reaction you just did live !!! i dont think the TAKING HIS SHOT like biggie shady and new school pac was saying he was like them , More like he IS taking his shot just like biggie shady and new school pac did , that what i got from it

He's shouting out his inspirations.
He was talking about the forbidden fruit that Satan tricked Eve into eating in the Garden of Eden. Clever line. #Cancelled
