Great idea. I'm always looking for some kind of app that will do this sort of thing but keeping a note book makes it more personal and easier to review previous weeks, months, years.
@@Tim2pointoh I’d say best tip I can provide is keep trying different table formats to find what works for you. Simpler the better. I like a grid tables where I can check off the habits I did for the day. The idea came from Hobonichi notebook. Typically takes a month of tracking to really solidify a habit. This year I end up creating 2 new habits: daily yoga stretching and reading. Habits are now running on their own where I don’t have to track. Thanks for your content
Maybe a little bit of work, however you could work out the percentages of what you have done which would make it easy to track your week on week progress for your notes
What do you think I’m going to gain from doing this exercise? I’m hoping my notes section will become a sort journal.
good luck on your habit tracking! I've enjoyed looking back over my weeks and seeing where I drop the ball and how I can improve the next week.
2 weeks in and I realise I have a lot of excuses….

Glad it was helpful!
Two of my fav things Field Notes and habit tracking 🎉

You could add some push ups or set ups. Maybe crunch’s?😮

Yeah I’ll need to figure a “score” of some sort.
