I liked your cooking videos, someday I will try Assyrian dishes, wonder if it’s just as delicious as the Italian, Japanese, Indian and the ones from my homeland, Mexico. ^_^ Also, great background music, wonder what’s the name!

Hi. Big fan of your dishes. Have made at least 6 of them. For this recipe, where can I find the semolina and the bourghoul? Can it be found in a regular grocery store? I’m not Assyrian but my husband is and I would like to make this for him.
Cici 74 I’m glad you enjoy these recipes 😊 You can find semolina and bourghoul at any middle eastern supermarket. Some grocery stores in the middle eastern aisle might carry them. Great job in cooking Assyrian food 👍

Why do you add baking soda to water ?
Hi what does baking soda do?
Great Kubba, thanks Khanom.
اممممم 😭😭😭😭🤗🤗🤗🤗😋😋😋😋😋😋😋👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
Delicious!

Why do you add the bicarbonate soda this is the first time I have heard adding bicarbonate soda
Nadia Youkhana To avoid them breaking apart and to keep them together 😊
Look yummy but NO BUHARATT? I THOUGHT THAT WAS KEY FOR THE FLAVOR?
Carolyn Odisho It’s not necessary. Simple and basic ground black pepper is the best taste 👍
