Almost everywhere Texas real estate drops and will drop more in 2025 except 2 places:
1.) Collin county ( He especially says this - Frisco real estate value in 2024 increased 2.2% with the highest in Texas and will continue to grow in 2025 )
2.) Houses around privileged Rice university!
** That consulting company seldom predicts any state, cities in the USA the real estate price will go up!

That’s not true, yes, there are a lot of Eastern Asians moving there, but even if you look at the census, the black, white, and Hispanic populations have also grown pretty significantly…
My wife works for a home builder and her Frisco neighborhoods are 98 percent Indians so yes this comment is correct. Go ahead and add prosper Celina McKinney and Allen to that list.
Yea and not only that utilizing the racist caste system that India uses. I’ve been called a “dalite” and even my kids have been treated poorly. Just terrible

I hope that you don't mind of my this comment ( Otherwise, you can just delete this comment ): Current Cities north or northeast/northwest of Frisco is like 15 or 20 years ago Frisco. The strong advantage of today's Frisco is the diversity of races. When I lived in Frisco 17 years ago, I had an "extreme" white neighbor who constantly ask me to move back to Vietnam ( I am not Vietnamese ) and he ( and his close friends ) all moved to Celina finally. There is once in 2009 when I had eye surgery and can only use one eye to see things, he pretend as HOA person to force me to clean my lawn ( Actually, it is pretty clean ). That time, I was so worry about that I may become blind. Later on, I found out that he and a group people set the pIot. Later on, I reported to Frisco police and police is on their side. I will say, to oriental people or other races, Frisco is the best choice to you today. .
DFW is the best managed Metro in TX. SATX is the worst. Traffic is bad in both but at least many of the Metro Areas around DFW are nice with great amenities.
As someone who lived in SA for a year I completely agree. Yes we have traffic here but for the amount of people that live in DFW it should be far worse
@@LivingDallasFortWorth yep SATX is a shit show and managed by some of the most ignorant people in the State of Texas. The only reason people keep moving to SA is the relatively low cost of living vs other large Metros or they PCS here to one of the Military Instillations. The city has grown exponentially but with no real intelligent developers at the helm, SATX might as well be managed by 3rd Grade School Kids; it is a joke.
Because of the job opportunity in Texas or your company transferred you here. But it’s a pretty ugly place with no character, no trees, no sense of community, culture wars, etc.
Neither of those brought me to Texas & definitely think you need to get out and experience more. If you don’t think we have culture and character then you must not be doing much here. You don’t move to TX for our nature and trees.
