I have a question. I left the Philippines at the end of November 2013 I was overstay I had to get the US Embassy to help me get out by giving me a loan and a Philippine Department of Immigration gave me a waiver on my back to Visa fees. I became very sick over there I needed some emergency surgery and I just ran out of money. I am okay now financially and I would like to come back to the Philippines. From what I understand I have to pay the back to Visa fees that I owe which is about $2,400 plus other penalties plus an application fee and I was told that I'd be required to get an attorney this could come to about $7,000. What I am concerned about there doesn't seem to be a guarantee that my application will be accepted and I will be taken off The Blacklist and therefore $7,000 down the drain. So any advice you could give me on this I would really appreciate it and thank you

Hello. You can stay indefinitely in Philippines for being dual citizen. You can also use your British passport to exit Philippines. As long as you have your dual citizenship documents (3 pages) and your British passport, you can travel back in Philippines.

Hello. You should contact the Bureau of Immigration. The actual policy is in the description of this video. Ask them that you are willing to pay the fees and fines and get the clearance so you can stay in Philippines.
