    Sir pag cash payment po ba eh mga kelan po ba pede bayaran yun? mga ilan months before turnover ng unit ang start ng pede mgbayad ng remaining balance?

      You may pay in cash as soon as you reserve the unit! Remaining balance will start once the unit is ready for turnover. (It depends on the turnover date of the building) 😁
