- I filmed this video in 2013 during the monthly Minnehaha County Siren Test while passing through Valley Springs, South Dakota. Testing is conducted every First Saturday for Minnehaha County and every First Friday for Sioux Falls.

Man, what a great video. Thanks for uploading. Valley Springs has always been a system that I paid attention to, and these videos are really cool to see how they worked during this time when they weren’t really documented. I miss those other old videos from the late 2000s of them doing all those cool High low signals, really brings back memories to see videos here.

How can so much ground shaking sound arise from such a small connection point of the horn? .. I realize it's the blower, but it's still amazing.
