Is there anything wrong with having your heels up when you bench? I noticed that as you go heavier in weight you have you heels up. I do the same.
What do you recommend for teens to do?
Ok, like the 'Pull Ups' & 'Push Ups'. Not Heavy Upper Body, cuz you are lighter. You feel like flying on 'Pull Ups'. Nice 👍
