Good explanation 👍my baby had a multi system lch we had gone through difficult time...she had completed several cycles of chemotherapy and scanning all those now she is doing good...lch is remission..but bcs of multi system she had a problem in liver..now she is diagnosed with schelorising cholangitis..

No
Sarcoidosis is an other infiltrative disease involving granulomas, but the primitive event driving the disease is unknown. Moreover it's not langherans cells which are deffectuous.
