I loved seeing Edda try and fail to draw her sword while it's on her back. Because it's generally not possible to draw a sword that's on your back like that.
Edward Foy who plays Torval is awesome, he seems too cool for us but he used to work at Games Workshop and don't get him started about necron. When you see our fight scenes you can thanks him
I finally finished the series. It was awesome and I see what you mean about the fight scenes. Also in the second season I hope Fernando and Edda become a couple. They are so cute together.
Martin's scream--priceless. Hmm, Martin's look when Torval touched Wendy's hand and then how he speaks at the end. Do I see some jealousy there? And I thought Torval was injured. Why does he look completely fine after he healed Edda?
Well Edda's got my back.... probably (he waits hoping she will jump in on his side), so yeah. Also, does that make you comment a +1 comment of cleric backing uppingness.
+RSProduxx To be fair, longswords were never really sheathed on the back for exactly the reason shown here. They were either sheathed at the hip, which made not bumping into things a little more awkward, or carried in one hand and rested against a shoulder, like a spear. This was also why longswords were usually regulated to the battlefield, and were not carried on the person for personal defense while performing everyday tasks, such as shortswords were.
@sirukinx Yeah, I've totally been in situations like this in games, too, where one player comes up with this fantastic plan that sounds totally perfect... and then the bad guys show up and everything turns into "the pointy end goes into the other guy." :)
@Phasefirefilms And be... slightly shorter and possibly annoy and distract anyone that needs to be done that. AND be unimpressive. I think those are pretty good sides aside being bad sides.
This series is quite amusing and has some lovable characters, but the over-arching plot moves SO slowly... It's episode 9 and when you look at the big picture the only two things that happened are that Edda, Fernando, Martin and Wendy met and that they found Torval. I really hope that the second season is more fast-paced, because I'm getting a bit frustrated.
Wow, I really like the cleric actor. Does a damn good job. His voice is pretty epic as well.

"Okay, how's this for a plan? The pointy end goes in the other guy!" Oh, I'm totally using that in my next game!
It will be soon! We really need to get on getting the two-disc set up for sale - a lot of people have been asking for it!
No book or blog origin stories, unfortunately! That's a good idea. Someday we should write something comprehensive about how it all came together.
And that's why you don't wear your sword on your back
One of the best episodes so far.
And I'm starting to get a crush on that Barbarian woman, she's the best looking of all the ladies shown so far.
Finally someone who treats back scabbards. realistically.
I'm sure Circle of the Wildfire druid in 5e was designed as a tribute to Martin. =)
I'm not sure WotC is aware that this series exists.
for a barbarian, if there is a problem, you need a bigger sword.
the cleric is evil isn't he?
Hell yeah! I'm buy ill buy for sure. I want to support you guys. Awesome little series. Awesome acting!
@sirukinx Nor do complicated plans survive the first hour of filming on any of our shoot days
Excellent!
Do you have a book, or blog, or vlog or something about how this all began? I absolutely love your work--and I'm jealous of your ability.
Ukulele battle music . . . . lol :-D This is great!

See that Druid a real hero HEALS!

I keep watching it over and over xDDD hilarious. More MORE!!!
Judging from that battlesong, the group should fight in a Benny Hill style.
I like the new guy. Hopefully he isn't evil. Definitely a high charisma score.
the durid seems fiendishly happy about starting a forest fire
Nice mithral armor on the cleric
6:30 "Did somebody ask for fire? Ahahahaha~!
This is really good I love it :)
Is this on dvd?
I just started watching this...Now I am beginning to ship Martin and the sorceress...I don't really know why...
Seems like the readying of Edda's sword should have taken up a whole turn unto itself. :P
@robakerson but can he summon a Ukulele?
Ok, I'm in love now.
It doesn't matter if you are good or evil, you can't trust a paladin.
why is the cleric wearing bubblewrap?
Clerics get all the tail, its not fair.
The ladies love a healer.
Amen, F**k now I'm doing it!
and wendy (Tara) just +1'd my statement lol

Because clerics do it...
On there knees.
edda´s really hilarious... "i need a bigger sword" *rofl

Raizex
you realize this is a fantasy rpg parody and not medieval reenactment ? ;) thx for sharing your knowledge, but i already knew that :)
Edda is my favorite
I like Martain's style, I like fire too, I use it alot.
Why do they need a bard when the cleric has more effective inspiring monologues? :P

She was dying from one stab? Not a lot of hitpoints for a Barbarian.
A Rouge's sneak attack does alot of damage
To be fair I think he's the only one who'll be any good with his class!

*gives you a high 5*

I just don't trust Torval.
Bet you're not saying that when they're raising your character from the dead...again =P
@mattlohkamp bwahahaha

Cute elf barbarian < Bisexual cute elf barbarian.
That's creepy, isn't it? Yeah, that's creepy. Sorry.
No shit.
