- We did a few new mods on the A4 and this is a test drive right after the flash of the stage 2 integrated engineering crackle tune. It was still running the 8 spark plugs and the valves were closed since it wasn't hooked up yet. It isn't too loud with valves closed and crackles a little above 3.5k rpm in auto. In manual sport it crackle a lot all the time. Valves hooked up and open with new 7 plugs for the takeoff. Insane shots fired with valves open. Many more mods to come.

Just got all the stuff for my b8.5 a4.
Gonna be running IE high flow cat - Ie downpipe - armytrix quad valvetronic catback exhaust, APR cold air intake, APR intercooler
What boost tap did you use for the valves? I have the Ecs one and it seems to be leaking, not sure if I installed wrong or something
With the crackle file are the pops always there or it's only activated when in sport mode/manual? I have the normal stage 2 tune atm and want to try crackle but I live in a quiet neighborhood. 😔
It's always active but doesn't do it much I drive

You need to get a ECS TUNING Gloss black Rear diffuser and buy a y pipe, and some Quad tips
those look like fun roads to rip around on
Having lots of open straight roads are fun to do wot pulls. Might see how the audi compares in power to the g37 or m3.
Where do I get this tune?
Do you have stock turbo? Been trying to get that fluttering noise forever
The turbo is still stock in this video. Has a ecs bypass valve and ecs turbo muffler delete.
Steve Kish i have cts turbo intake, cts turbo muffler delete and A diverter valve and still can’t get the flutter any suggestions?
The sound is the ecs atmospheric valve spacer . If other cars with the valve spacer sound the same it might be the atmospheric spacer that has the sound. I never heard any other car so I'm not sure though.
You need a diverter valve spacer
DV spacer will make the turbo flutter
How much hp and tq you pushing? I
Never been dynoed but its a huge difference.
Can you give us a mod list on this Audi please? It sounds too good.
So far it has the ecs dual valved exhaust with cts cat delete, ecs bypass valve spacer, ie intake, ie stage 2 crackle tune, r8 coils, and iridium 7 plugs for the performance mods. Many more mods to come just have to get time to install and I'm always behind on editing.
Steve Kish chewwwwww I’m following now. I’m currently looking at a Diverter valve spacer I recently purchased but never had installed. Is that the bypass valve spacer. Honestly I have heard mixed things about it but if that’s what’s providing your car with the woosh when you shift/lift then I think I might want to add it onto my car too instead of sending it back to ecs for 50 bucks 😅😅😅😅 also, the one I have is red, would it be visible from the engine bay?
The spacer is what gives the woosh most people want. It was the first mod we did after replacing the water pump.
Steve Kish I was personally afraid to get turbo surge sounds. It sounds amazing in yours. I think I’ll get mine put on now lol
The sound is the air being released to the atmosphere instead of being recirculated so it's louder. If the bypass valve is releasing properly there shouldn't be surge.
I can't get my crackle to go off? Its tuned for it.
Did you figure out how to get it to crackle? I have an a3 2016 and it barely crackles😭 I have high torque crackle file
@@danielchernomaz2552 it won't crackle with stock exhaust. The mufflers and resonators absorb most of it. 🙃 gotta delete mufflers
You did and it started to crackle a lot?
Also do you think I could get the center muffler piece from magnaflow and install it instead of stock muffler to the factory dual exit pipes and have the crackles come out a lot more
@@danielchernomaz2552 yes, i just did the muffler deletes. My cat has been deleted and only center resonator in place. It crackles a lot now.
Why do they require stage 2 for a crackle tune???
I would recommend a cat delete at a minimum to run a crackle tune. We did the ie intake and fresh set of plugs to go with it as well.
