'The Squeeze' by John Carter - The King of Volatility Indicators

John Carter's "The Squeeze" is a powerful volatility indicator designed to identify periods of low volatility and anticipate potential breakouts. Great introduction to this trading strategy but where can I find more detail in how to set up the spreads? I think the demonstration would have been easier to follow if you were to use a current TTM trade opportunity instead of trying to reconstruct a past opportunity.
