I am a music producer and composer for 30+years, I see another way this. I think this AI music producing tools can support my workflow. I love the first clips, I can get the inspiration from there and then UPGRADE and add my own personal touch. Sometimes we don't have too much time to create from zero so we use music elements to inspire us. ALL COUNTS. For the real artist like me, the biggest passion and fulfillment is to create "byhand" every single sound, that WILL NEVER DIE! Play smart!
Wild that this tech actually exists, can't believe how well it works....and also at the very same I can't back any of this. I can see it taking away jobs from musicians. Plus the beauty of art and creating is human expression and the humans behind the art.
Technology doesn't take jobs away it always creates new ways of doing things better. Humans can't keep doing the same thing again and again. We evolve with time and in this process one might feel resistant to change that's all. As a music producer I see it can take music experience to the next level.
It seems 2023 is the year AI really is taking off. I don’t think I like it 🫣 it’s taking away the human touches to creativity, I guess I’ll be considered old school now? 😅
It's a shame that licensing restrictions are going to be the downfall of real artists. I don't think this stuff will stick though, it sounds bad. I know it'll get better but having a human create something will always have some value.
@@GiJoe94 It isn't , cause it's not really AI . Midjourney and ChatGPT need to be fed huge amounts of already existing data , things created by real people. Take MJ for example. As time goes buy the internet will be full of AI art which AI not knowing it's AI will ''sample'' again .The more they work on the code , the more the data base will be more corrupted , like an incestuous family where after some generations everyone is messed up. Even with MJ that uses huge sets of data, after using it for a while, you recognize the patterns and compositions. This Soundraw program doesn't even use any AI .Look at Magix Music Maker from years ago and it's the same thing, but now online. Real AI music sounds messy .
The title of this video made my heart sink. Why on earth would anyone want A.I. to choose music for them? Removing the choices that humans should be making is not a good idea. There needs to be limitations on this technology. Thankfully, both the WGA and SAG-AFTRA are bringing attention to the issue of A.I. with their contract negotiations. 😢
AI is just gonna replicate new sound that is again created by humans. There are effectively an infinite number of melodies and our individual experiences is what leads to us creativity and inspiration is what you can't take away from a human factor. Human brain (soul, subconsciousness whatever you wanna call it) > man made algorhythm.
Cool but still not what I'm looking for on AI music composition. Waiting for an AI that composes it from scratch, like the tool Sigur Rós used on Route One.
Unless some humans press the 'red' button on either side of the planet, AI and technological progress (if you want to call it that) will be unstoppable. Case closed.
This has nothing to do with AI and it's just a loop music maker like Magix and others. You end up with a bunch of similar music cause it uses a limited number of snippets.
@@lukather1 Read up ? Read where , on their website ? You must be joking if that's the best you can do.I know what it does and I was very clear about it , it's a scam.
@@lukather1Lmao no he's right and your a moron who clearly didn't do the reading yourself. Here's an excerpt from their website. "After selecting a song from the list, which is all made from original samples and sounds fed to the AI by our internal team of music producers, you can further customize it in the editor." Every instrument you hear and all those tracks where made by real humans. AI didn't generate shit. They are just using an AI model to filter the songs you want aswell as throwing samples together. But overall this is just a loopstation.
Problem with this is you are letting the software develop music using its database as reference. Copyright claims looming as the second one is clearly journey’s can’t stop believing. It’s less creative than you think.

its something new every week
Hi, can we use this to make a melody of my own.for our chord tracks??? Please reply thanks
Can you pull out individual stems one at a time ! So save song turn down volume on each channel and the pull all the stems together in your daw ?
the 2nd one has a very "presenting the new iPhone..." vibe
The second rendition worked best for the first clip but the first rendition worked better for the second clip

Judging by how far AI advanced in one year it's scary what it will be in 5 or 10

the sounds were great, but they didn’t fit the scenes at all.
Been waiting for a fresh moment vid. Happy to see one. 😏
as a music composer...this has just made my entire degree worthless...
as a producer and someone who worked a lot with AI i don't see the AI part at all. seems like a presetmixer lol.
