I was 30 years old and pregnant with my fifth child. My partner was in hospital undergoing cancer treatment. Mum stayed with me for a few nights taking turns with my sister so I wasn't on my own. Mum was asleep in the chair and I slept on the sofa. I opened my eyes, sat up and felt what I can only describe as a "bubble" that grew and grew with such an intense feeling that I began to cry. Mum woke up and asked me what was wrong. I told her "everything is going to be ok". I sobbed. Mum told me the Holy Spirit was with me. I had no idea. I believed my partner was going to be ok. That's what I believed. Sadly, my partner passed away when my youngest was 11 weeks old and was Christened in her Daddy's hospital room. Only now, almost 30 years later, do I understand what I thought. Everything is absolutely ok. After leaving the Roman Catholic church I started attending a Pentecostal church. I left because of things that didn't sit right, because sin and repentance wasn't taught and it was all "ear tickling". I now attend a Reformed church. I have learned a lot but I have a lot to unlearn. I fully believe God was with me that night, that He calls me His daughter and I absolutely believe Jesus Christ died for me and that He is my Lord and Saviour. God is so good 🙏❤️

I was raised in a strict bible believing church, but one dark and sad night I realized that I didn’t love Jesus. I prayed, “Jesus I don’t love you, I know what you did, but I don’t love you, but I don’t want to go to hell.” Then I prayed, “Jesus please give me the love to love you,” I know it was a strange a circular request. So, I went to sleep feeling really condemned. I condemned myself for unbelief, and I thought that was the end of it. A few days later while reading Matthew 5, I still read the Bible; yes, reading the sweet words of Jesus, I felt a joy come over me so overwhelming, so strong. For the first time in my life I was so deeply in love with Jesus, I saw Him as He truly is.
This is my life! I was saved 13 months ago...and I am so in love with Jesus. I don't watch TV anymore, no secular music, nothing but the bible or books about the bible! I love it...I wish I could evangelize but I can share the gospel with people in a different way..I don't have to preach. I can teach children and other women! God bless RC and everyone else

I am a born again child adopted by God and i have a radical change in my life but man o man do i desire to even have 10% of this man's zeal for Christ.
To God Alone Be The Glory!!! I've been a born again new creature IN Christ for 45 years now, and my zeal and love for my Savior Jesus and His holiness grows daily as I study and read my Bible DAILY! I'm an elderly widow now, and I rely on Him from moment to moment, and will be praying for your spiritual growth!❤

I was blessed 22 years ago,with an "encounter"with God. I was praying with my eyes closed and then He appeared. I didn't see Him with my eyes,I saw him in my spirit. It was a beautiful feeling, I was in awe. I was a very bad way at the time. My marraige had failed. I remember vividly how He hugged me & making me feel SO loved. That's how He found me,just when I needed Him most. I was born again that day!
I was living a life of death before Christ, and now I am living the true life, thank You God!!!

It was awsome but simple. I was looking out the window at some trees, looked at the grass, the objects around me ...then outside at Gods handwork, and suddenly up..the sky, the clouds and all i could think. Was so awesome, great..really no words for the greatness, the glory of God.
I wish i had a teacher like RC Sproul.. wish i do. Thankful for his ministry, praise the Most High God. 🙏

Oh me too. I came out of Arminianism into the Reformed faith by way of RC’s lectures (Chosen by God).
He was a remarkable, remarkable teacher.
When I encountered the presence of GOD I physically couldn’t walk without my knees quaking, I was scared and filled with fear and dread and I felt like there was nowhere to run away from it!
What a gift to the body of Christ, RC shows us what God thinks of us ;the called out of the world , His bride , we are his Temple , the sheep of his pasture , His Redeemed . That God gave us this great teacher who still ministers to this day is a sure sign and wonder His love for us will bring us before Him without spot or wrinkle!
God and me - if one of us isn't Holy the other one has no reason to hope. Holy, Holy, Holy IS the Lord God Almighty!
Dr. Sproul was used by God to wake me up in my conversion, how to have a relationship with God. 5 years ago when I heard Dr. Sproul first time, vividly. To the Holiness of God, to the exciting Word of God now because Dr. Sproul gives clear concrete that goes visual in my head and rivets me to attention. Just like he is preaching teaching right now. Amen ♥️✝️

... It was like.. well what time. Ive had many encounters with the Lord and with other spirits..both are scary, but nothing.. i repeat.. nothing like God. He has saved my life 8 times.. friends used to say i was a cat with 9 lives.. and i was on my last life.. and im still here. He still hasn't told me what my mission is. It takes a lot to say, not my will Father, but Yours be done. Ive tried to focus and meditate on the garden of Gethsemane, and how intense the Lord was in prayer. I wish i could i pray like that, to be that close to God. Lord have Mercy. My focus now.. is to lead with God first, and whatever is next. I want him to know that he is above everything i have.. even my children.. i will not make that mistake again. I love the Lord. Its easy to say that we would die with him, but he doesnt want that.. he wants us to Live for Him, not die. I had my goal in the wrong place, so i had to change that. Yes Lord, i Will Live for You. Thank you Lord.

Most people are choosing Satan:
Our God is a jealous God over us, because we all originated from Him. There is a war going on; it is a battle for our soul: God wants us to return to him simply because he loves us; but on the other hand, Satan wants us to disdain God. Satan wants us to be like he is and dishonor, disagree, insult, and stay unworthy in God’s eyes. Everyone was with God eternally until Adam and Eve sinned and chose to listen to Satan over God.
History is repeating itself. Only those who hear Jesus' words and believe in God will return to God and shall not come into condemnation, but is passed from death to life (John 5:24).
I have a question: the atonement that Jesus performed has 3 parts i) life without sin from the birth to the death. Any angel also but no human could have lived it. ii) payment of the punishment of everybody’s sins starting in Getsemane and completed on the cross when he said ”it has been fullfilled” was only possible by Jesus, even no angel would not have been cabable to stand. iii) the crusifiction, anybody could have been crucified but Jesus was still working with our sins all the time. Honest question: do you think thatI have grasped it correctly?
You’re grasping it. Jesus was a perfect sacrifice because in him there was no sin. So, he was qualified as a sacrifice. On the cross our sin was placed upon him. He bore it all. And his perfect sacrifice made it possible for God to impute his righteousness to us. What a wonderful exchange.

Holy does not mean to pretend to be good like many do. God does not pretend. He IS holy. He is GOOD. He is GREAT. He is GOD and not a human being. The best advice I can give you is to ask God Himself to explain this to your understanding...and He will when you least expect it.
No man has ever been Holy, except for Jesus as he is God in man. Only God is void of sin, free from human material desires and influences.
The best we can hope for in this life is constantly reducing our evil natures through sanctification by the Holy Spirit.

So which is it? An experience of the presence of God that saves you or putting your faith in him? Or can I only have faith in Christ if I sense His presence?

If you have zero experience you are not saved. Correct.
Every Christian has a basic experience of God in their conversion. The Bible uses words like new creature, good tree, born again, new life, transformed, putting on Christ etc to describe the conversion experience. There are degrees of this experience. Not everyone has a Road to Damascus experience at conversion. So it's not required. What is required is a new heart that hates sin and yearns for righteousness. This is a supernatural work. So If you've experienced that, you've experienced God.

Do you have the fruit of the spirit? Are you aware of the seriousness of sin in the presence of a Holy, perfect, pure and Majestic God? Do you hate sin? Is your conscience sensitive to sin in a way it was not before? Do you love and desire the Bible more than anything else in life? Do you swear? Do you immediately repent when you sin? Do you pray and meditate on the Word? Are you at peace with God and feel Christ's rest? These are some questions for you.@@madjackie523

Lord help me. I’m trying to balance everything on my own, but Lord I feel like I’m failing miserably as a single mother. Both sons are special needs so they require much from me. I’m struggling to make ends meet, to pay bills, and to put food on the table for my children. Jesus guide me and give me strength and peace in this world. Help me be a better mother.
Praying for you sweet sister. God sees it all and will give you all you need. Holy Spirit give your child comfort and confidence in her heart of who you are. Rest and trust and do not allow the things you feel or see with your eyes distract you from believing that God is in the details. Keep in his word, he will do the rest. God bless you and your sons. You are at the foot of his cross, he will not abandon you.

I was looking forward to hearing this until I saw the Freemason checkered floor in the opening of this video. I'll continue to listen, because I'm sure RC will give a good sermon. But, us as Believers we need to use discernment and be aware of the occult.

Okay, I will be the one to say it here. People please, if you want to hear a prophetic word from God, read the Bible. His truth has already been revealed. Study the word, stop looking for signs and wonders from these self appointed “prophets”. This guy is no prophet. Seek Christ, not the words of false prophets and teachers. “But false prophets also arose among the people, just as there will be false teachers among you, who will secretly bring in destructive heresies, even denying the Master who bought them, bringing upon themselves swift destruction.”

Sir, you are entitled to your own view but you are out of line. RC Sproul served the Lord for his entire adult life. He is an excellent expositor of the Bible. This was not not a sermon. RC Sproul and his ministry produced two excellent study Bibles that are sound and orthodox. I suggest you listen to his sermons before you place yourself in judgement over him. How about being specific? What did he say that was not true?
