Netflix shows you that you don't need to be a winner to become famous. All of these players now have fan favorite followers. And we'll probably see them In more interviews and probably other shows / movies. Exposure.
2:31 this is amazing, so happy she said she’s helping animals! Way to go Mai!
agree❤ she is amazing
A good soul won. +1 for humanity
People who easily falls under Collective Amnesia does not deserve to win. I pity these kind of people, they are those who easily forgets history and keeps repeating it. Mai deserved that win, she played it with luck, strategy and will.
Circle of Trust (episode 9) was my favorite game, Mai and Phill were amazing! It's like watching Ace Attorney aha
CONGRATULATIONS MAI! Loved how you called out Ashley's BS and I also hope you give some money to Tj, man's REALLY helped you out.
Agreed. & Roland for that betrayal 😂 Balance out the karma
but nexflix didn’t even give her the prize yet hahahahaha
I love Mai. She doesn't fake kindness I can feel her feeling bad for her competitors. I am so happy that she won because her history her traumas didn't just give her strength but also compassion and intelligence. Her understanding of psychology makes her the right candidate in top three. I feel sad that everyone made her villain for calling out that Ashley who talks about Karma but has no ethics or feelings herself. Mai deserves every penny she earned in the game and I truly hope she gets it.
but she did fake kindness, did we watch the same show? she constantly broke her pacts
@@RandyInCandidCamera Everyone betrayed everyone. It's about who did it the least while still being competitive. She did what she did to survive...and she did support Chad and Tj so idk what you're talking about.
crocodile tears. she badmouthed TJ before he actually helped her out. she had the most to say about Ashley when she was sittin safe at 20... it's no crime to be competitive but she was just malicious when it was unnecessary- but actually I hate the people around her more who were too stupid to go for her. Kudos to her for flying under the radar.@@drReetHooda
@@RandyInCandidCamerathat was her strategy
@@Bloomix_winx1 You know I hear that a lot with Mai. ‘It was just strategic you’d do it too for 4 million!’ Okay then so why was it wrong for Ashley’s self preservation? So it’s okay for Mai to not take a 1/6 chance but Ashley HAS to make a 1/2 jump?? Other than the trust circle, she didn’t play *that* good, everyone around her was just stupid. Roland for example.
I think Mai deserved the win, actually any of these 3 guys deserved it since they played fair and got into top 3, but definitely not mad that Mai won, she was a bit irritating at first but once you got to know her story you know that she deserves this. Asian American winning this is great actually hehe! Loved the reality show and the details of how they created the show is crazy. They really made sure everything worked well. I also love the games that replaced the other games, battleship was exciting, and the circle of trust is a game of chance and just makes you on the edge of your seat. Kudos to the creators. The creators really did their best in creating not only physical games but mind games that created excitement and drama.
I really hope that Mai can help Phil out, he mentioned that he was living from paycheck to paycheck.
Mai is lovely, happy she won the price!
It looks like she’s glowing! Like she’s 10 years younger than when she was on the show!
So glad everyone in the comments equally believe that Ashley was a snake. Glad Mai won.
Since the first episode my eyes was on her, every episode I was praying for her. Make life protect her and keep her safety! Thank you Squid Game for this amazing season.
You were praying for her? lol 😂
All the episodes were already shot when you were “praying” for her
I love phill he seems so cool
Mai really was like yea they taxed tf out if me
Absolutely loved the show. And so glad mai won, much deserved ❤🎉
Throwing paper is the boldest move to start with when going against a man because throwing rock statistically gives you more of a chance of just not losing 😂 (either tying with their rock or beating their scissors)
Mai totally deserved it, she was super smart, but in top of that she called out Ashely. She has a good heart
i just love phill he deserves everything
Wish I could've seen Ashley's reaction to Mai's win. 😁
The collective amnesia that the group had when Mai nominated Ashley for circle of trust had me so frustrated. I still don’t like the other two finalists for that.
Ashley is a B, Phalisia is a B. Both of them not winning is the best take of this show
Ashley yes is a B. But why Phalisia???? 😮
@@lululemonbar9110 for eliminating Rick
Thank god I'm not the only one who was pissed at Ashley. On the show they just made it seem like her act was nothing later. Even to the point where she was criticising Mai.
finally a female winner on the first season!!!
and damn sam is really tall
i have played these games before!!!
Mai! Amazing that you didn't give in to Ashley's bullying. People like Ashley may survive life, but they will never ever win. You deserve this win! well played!
Squid Game the Challenge was absolutely phenomenal, such an entertaining reality show. A treat to revisit the world of Squid Game, happy to see Mai win the contest. 😊
So proud of Mai!!
Mai 😎😎😎😎😎😎🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉One
I am so happy that Mai won honestly....❤❤
I was rooting for Mai until she eliminated Rolland (supposedly her closest ally at the time). Tbh I was rooting for Phill at the end. However I’ll take Mai as the winner over Ashley any day 😅.
I’m so happy Mai won. When I saw what she did to 278, I’m like, finally, someone stood up for justice. Good job Mai and the world need more people like you but not keep silent. Now that’s what 278 said, ‘it’s karma’ Mai won🎉🥳
I ADORE Mai!
So proud of you Mai!!! ❤
Daaang shorty lookin like a snack
😅
Is this how the Hunger Games start ?
yes
😂
😂
mai and phill were two of my favs and i’m glad they made it through to the final round
I wasn't fan of Mai but glad she changed her life at the age of 55 and thankful for this show for encouraging all age of pple all around the world. My guy TJ was eliminated unfairly, he was the true winner.
Jimmy you said no spoiler and what did you do 😂😂
Mai played it well and I'm glad she held to her convictions on Ashley. She is true to her word and you have to admire that.
She sounds like a genuinely nice person.
I feel like they need to cast people that need the money more, like with debt or something a lot of them already had a following on social media, like someone that would benefit from the money for themselves cuz they got lots financial issues but anyways loved mai she was so wise throughout the whole show its crazy🥰
I wish I could see that Ashley’s face when Mai won!! Yeaah, karma is a byotch, b!! 😂😂😂😂
Why are people thanking Mai like she’s a hero????
Why don’ you thank TJ instead for literally giving a HUGE advantage to Mai so she could go straight to teh finals?? =
It’s also because she is smart and nice. She deserves to win.
TJ was great. After Mai, I wanted him to win
Ashley was a hypocrite with a bad attitude and Mai was the only one who saw it and stood up to her. She did the right thing by the player who had to jump multiple times and got eliminated because of her!
Yeah, I didn't like Ashley for her screwing trey on the bridge. Tim (for that odd convo with the deaf girl, Jackie), or Bryton for his "look at me" gymbro attitude. So happy it came down to 3 good people.
Congratulations Mai, hope you enjoy your winnings. You deserve it! ❤ 👏
I immediately became Mai fan when she called out Ashley, she was vulgar and I kept my fingers crossed the whole time because I wanted Ashley to be out so bad 😊
Congrats final 3!!! Good thing netflix mysteriously kept these 3 in the backgroud thats why its so exciting to unfold per episode who will win!!
She said it perfectly, 50/50 luck and strategies but damn... losing about half of her winning to uncle Sam suckssss.
Wow she looks so different! I had mad respect for her when she called out Ashley for being an awful human being.
It looked like the most stressful gameshow ever! Those people are going to need therapy.
If you watch some stuff what happened behind the scenes or listen to stories of people who participated it was absolute hell. Just like the tv series. The first game, Red light green light for example took many hours to shoot. It was really cold whilst playing. In between the times they could move it could take dozens of minutes of having to stay on your spot without any movement.
@@MrSimonvkthey were welcome to leave
lol people really thought it would be a walk in the park trying to win 4 mill.
Dont ever go to jail 😂
@@MrSimonvk Those clowns are trying to sue to tough gaming condition when they are allow to give up and leave at any moment.
Phil - sooooooo close !!! I was shook betting on you and getting so far. The finale had me absolutely on my seat. I couldn’t breathe for the last two episodes since.
It sucks that this was kind of rush but I'm glad these guys got to be on TV a little bit more after the show.
Go regular people!
They had many to choose from. So they most likely chose the most interesting people of all the auditioners.
I really was angry at Ashley during the glass bridge challenge. I respect Mai for avenging Trey. You deserve to win.
i can't believe player 278 had the nuts to look back for help after she had just clowned trey. and why would anyone help her? sad thing is she's the type of person who would have just waited out the clock to take everyone down with her. hilarious how she went out though. she got punked and seeing the look on her face when 451 selected her for putting the box on his desk was redemption.
its literally 4.56 million, why does everyone act like they would play fairly…
@@luc_01_luc i wouldn't last this in this game bc i'm not a heartless piece of trash like 99% of you. would rather earn my money the right way instead of making a fool of myself and others. believe it or not life isn't all about money.
I'm so happy mai won the game.
It made me so mad how people forgot what Ashley did and that on the glass bridge the people didn't force Ashely to make the next step since she didn't wanna overtake Trey then nobody should overtake her
I watched only challenges, and I loved 3 of them and was super happy she won. ♥
Justice for #301
Justice for #278
Ashley did him dirty, 301 would not have fell if she was a team player
I agree, and Ashley's audacity to play the victim after Mai confronted and nominated her to leave. #JusticeFor301
No one forced him to jump😂
@@yayag.8990 ikr, like ashley ultimately did jump and maybe it was the way they cut it up but it certainly felt like Trey just went way too fast when he probably could've convinced her
Oh man, that rock paper scissors showdown in the finale was lit!
Well deserved. Thanks to Ashley for spotlighting Mai. The whole cast suddenly had a brain fart with what she did to Trey.
Mai looks fantastic.
Will be checking out Six Ways to Saturday to support Phil.
Well done Mai, and the final three! Mai was amazing.
Sam is absolutely awesome.
She deserves to win 🎉
HAHA no....
@@Jay3407Hi Ashley! 🤣
I wouldn’t say deserved😂
@@yayag.8990 Didn't you see she won rock, paper, scissors several times?
Such a heart breaking series what a damn blast
So happy for Mai
Mai definitely deserved to win after she was the only one who called Ashley out on that crap she pulled on the bridge.
If it was me on the bridge I would have shoved Ashley off the side of the bridge when it was my turn at a 50/50 chance. Ashley didn't deserve to make it past the bridge. And honestly it was pretty disgusting that nobody else was upset with Ashley after the bridge. Mai deserved to win for being the only one who tried to get justice for Trey.
Was totally rooting for Mai! 100% deserved it! :))
Mai was right about being being mad about Rose for rhe bridge, and they all gaslighted her!! Mai was my pick from day one. Don't underestimate federal agents! 😂❤
I assume you meant Ashley? Rose was pretty cool.
Hell yeah, good to hear some of the money will be used to help others. *hopefully*
Mai is a beast. She played it near perfect.
It was SO crazy! Im glad I watched it
Netflix ticked every box on casting for sure
nah seems like 50% of them were LGBT..
