Wow, I'd pay just to have the knife/pen component just by itself. Great video, as usual! (Also, I love your typed "notes" when pointing out the features, e.g., the reference to larping at a renaissance fair.)
Great reviews as always! I really like look of the Wolf Selection wallet. As for the format, I personally prefer when you post the individual wallet videos with high level summary in these categorized videos. I'm not sure if this "all in one" review is easier to produce, in which case that's completely understandable.
Thanks for noticing. It's been a bit of a chicken and egg. It takes so long to release all the individual reviews along with the TOP videos folks lose interest since they saw it already in the TOP release. So I'm experimenting with some kind of hybrid to see how it work (or doesn't). With a consolidation like this what data was missing that you really wanted to see?
@@walletopia I don't think anything significant was missing necessarily, more the timing felt a little rushed at times. That's to be expected with 7 wallets in an 18 minute video, when your typical reviews that I've gotten used to are 5-10 minutes per wallet. I didn't notice a detailed score breakdown by category which are always helpful, but that might be on me, as I've been watching your videos in the background while I work, I'll have to re-watch this one. With this format the wallets jumped around just as I turned my focus to learn more about them, but that's just because of the way I watch them. In the past I've watched the consolidation videos and then just opened a new tab for the specific wallets if I hadn't already seen them. Sorry for the long rely, and thanks again for the great, unbias reviews. I'll keep watching regardless of the format, your channel has really gotten me into the hobby and I'm starting to build my own collection slowly.
Obviously very entertaining as always, the selection of wallets was great and very interesting. In my opinion the video overall was a bit messy, and thickness measurements personally are important to me. Idk, just something to consider I guess. Still had a blast watching, best wallet content for sure 🤓
I've got the previous scudo wallet and it works well. This new model with the hinge in clasp move to the long side dose not make sense they say it squares up the wallet so now it doesn't fit in the hand.
@10:40 😂 pls tell me where you got that licence! Epic. Love it. A very good comparison video Mark, however some of them wallets made me 😂I just don’t know what they’re thinking with them. Walking around with chunks of metal in ya pocket. I’m at a point now where I don’t want to even fold cash anymore. 🤷🏻♂️ Thx brother 👍🏻 @11:27 “moulded to hold a card like Batman’s codpiece!” hahaha, brilliant. 👊🏻
does full grain leather make the wallet thicker? am still confused with types of leather, i have a bellroy note claiming to be genuine leather and is still with me since 2014 and gotten a bit thicker but still lasting well. color kinda became blacky though which is normal for tan brown wallets
Full grain is the grade of leather, the same as genuine. If I'm not mistaken, genuine is the lowest grade/quality of leather. Also, all leather will vary in thickness, which is called 'weight'. Example would be 5oz weight which is what a common bifold wallet might be. Gotten thicker over time might be that it's swollen with moisture over time, possibly.
EDC people are completely ubsurd. Perfect example, he's talking about filling out customs forms when flying to another country and how convenient it is to have a pen. But it's also a knife... Further examples, every other wallet in this video.

Is it just me or is the Latvian wallet inspired a little bit by Trayvax wallets?
Could be, they do have some similar characteristics
You forgot the Vargo in the card and cash insertion test
👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
Love your sniff tests lol 😆..the future for video streaming..scratch and sniff...jk
I’d love a Scudo but they don’t ship to the U.K.:(

Yes, of course, that's why the knife is removed in case of travel, but the pen remains for use.
PLASTIC!
😂😂
