I've put almost 300+ hours on the Crew 2 and I still haven't explored the entire map and neither do I have all the amazing cars the game has to offer. The recent update allows you to race around in a Koenigsegg Gemera, the 3 cylinder pinnacle of modern engineering and they keep updating the game almost every week!
I personally prefer nfs heat, but I love the crews cars and map. Only problem in nfs that sticks out to me is that we don’t have consistent updates. But if I wanna play with buddies, I’m playing the crew, I find myself 9/10 times having more fun in that because of the fun selection of races there are.
I haven't played NFS: Heat as of yet, but I can vouch for The Crew 2 even though I've only played it for like... 4 days, lol. Customization is a bit on the lower end but it's nice that you can make your own liveries. You can also upgrade car parts, have gear sets, car modifications - spoilers, front and rear bumpers, side skirts, rims, hoods, underglow, mirrors, headlights, and so much more.
Yeah except the graphics and physics are shit. Even car models aren’t as good. Crew 2 follows in the likes of wild lands or breakpoint. Huge open world that looks good from a plane but lacks depth and detail.
In no way does either game look bad. The Crew 2 look absolutely breathtaking going through some of the USA landmarks, especially in the fog. So if anything, the graphics should just be axed as a comparison point. Both games look incredible
I prefer NFS Heat over The Crew 2 even though the latter has more cars and an amazing concept behind it being cars, boats, and planes and constant updates. Have both and haven't touched heat in over a year. Still play the crew because the game is actually supported by the devs instead of being abandoned. Also the crews handling is much better
I hate the that rock intro music in crew 2. It would have been better if they used electronic music. Also the radio stations are not great either. Other than that it's a good game
I like the crew 2 more because it just doesn't get boring like NFS Heat. but I would like to see a game that has the graphics and editing from NFS and the vehicles and the big map like in The crew 2
When it comes to the open world 1000% the crew 2 only thing better on nfs is the car models but hey the crew 2 is quite a couple of years older so its forgiven evrything else sucks about nfs heat the cars on the crew 2 handle better and more realistic as far as it can go for these kinda games
Forza horizon 4 is better than both. While it might not have the biggest map or the best customization, it has the best physics and A LOT of cars. It is also very detailed and has a seasons and day/night cycle. As far as I know, it is the only racing game with the seasons cycle.
It is but he’s comparing 2 titles on Sony not Xcock Although no one has the crew’s map forzas car sounds physics graphics seasonal weather and day and night cycle is absolutely the best hands down
I bought both of these games and it cost me $16( in total)....& I love them both to death. By the way....The Crew 2 is still supported with new content to this day( that said, I think I like the Crew 2 just a bit more.
Since I don't have PC or Xbox to play Forza Horizon, The Crew 2 is my only substitute. It has huge map, updates, wide variety of cars which is more than nfs heat has to offer, & no brake to drift system
I have both games. I'm old school (fan of NFS Underground 2) and for me Crew 2 is amazing! NFS HEAT only have better customizations for cars, and some details...
It only has a garage for you to go through i think 5 or 6 cars, you can swap them to your crew's cars, which is the default option. Iirc, showcasing your cars in youur garage is the only way to sell your cars, but i could be wrong
I’d say that need for speed is better when play by yourself but the sheer amount of stuff you can do with your friends in the crew two and the constant updates mean that I personally prefer the crew 2
It’s simple, the better game will be the one with a larger player base, specially if you live in a country where car games aren’t really a thing, or else you’ll always be racing the same 5 guys, or have to log in at a determined hour to get more people to play against, so I’ll have to say that NFS takes the win for me, because of crossplay support, that is huge to a game that relies on others to give you a proper experience.
I play both regularly and honestly can’t decide between them, the crew’s 2 map is amazing and you can do some insane stuff with the quick car/plane/boat switch feature but nfs heat sounds better looks better and is just sooo satisfying and pleasing
The problem with nfs is how wide the roads is and the FOV is and the car reflection makes it super unrealistic since its hyper reflective. If only they fix those than i would take nfs over anything.
i probably prefer nfs heat. theres so much cool clothes. the liverys are really good. the car catalog is pretty good, and most importantly you can customize the shit out of any car
I'm in love with crew 2. Ist I've been an nfs fan for a long long time and I stopped cause seemed like same map kept being released over and over again. On top of that less and less customization. Just DL crew 2 yesterday for free on ps4 and the amount of stuff to do is fantastic. Huge difference for the better. Yeah the graphics are 2012ish but what I get to do more than compensates. For nfs fan boys 2012 to 2015 all those maps are the same and I refuse to keep paying for the same thing over and over. crew 2 is so refreshing ubisoft nailed it.
The crew 2 is a fantastic game , but I don't think its worth the 50 dollars on ps4 , but I was able to get it for 10 dollars due to a very cashmoney 75% off deal If you can't get a good deal on the game , I'd say nfs heat is better

I like both, but to me heat is just dumb fun. I always see myself coming back to it despite it dying prematurely.
The crew 2 all hyper and sport cars will upgrade to the same speed and for nfs is different there are cars that can be different than others
FYI if you want to get the crew 2 it’s 14 dollars on ps4 right now
Wait wut K ty
What are you on bro? Its for 10.40$
Just got it

The Crew 2, Need For Speed and Forza Horizon 4
Have both and haven't touched heat in over a year. Still play the crew because the game is actually supported by the devs instead of being abandoned. Also the crews handling is much better
Cap
Just imagine if need for speed heat actually had the same map as the crew
The Crew 3 lol
I hate the that rock intro music in crew 2. It would have been better if they used electronic music. Also the radio stations are not great either. Other than that it's a good game
Yes, spotify is often needed 😂
I like the crew 2 more because it just doesn't get boring like NFS Heat. but I would like to see a game that has the graphics and editing from NFS and the vehicles and the big map like in The crew 2

The crew bored the hell out of me

@@carlosgranado9835 the handling sucks the map is ugly aswell
both are pretty good but I prefer the crew 2's handling
When it comes to the open world 1000% the crew 2 only thing better on nfs is the car models but hey the crew 2 is quite a couple of years older so its forgiven evrything else sucks about nfs heat the cars on the crew 2 handle better and more realistic as far as it can go for these kinda games
Crew 2 .. Better... Waiting for season 1 the chase
BTW nice video atb for ur future
Thanks for the idea!
When does the 1st season start?
Forza horizon 4 is better than both. While it might not have the biggest map or the best customization, it has the best physics and A LOT of cars. It is also very detailed and has a seasons and day/night cycle. As far as I know, it is the only racing game with the seasons cycle.
It is but he’s comparing 2 titles on Sony not Xcock
Although no one has the crew’s map forzas car sounds physics graphics seasonal weather and day and night cycle is absolutely the best hands down
Not to mention the crew 2 cars prices are way to high while forza has actual showroom floor prices
Crew 2 car texture look like plastic while nfs heat look realistic...in terms of content crew 2 have alot of content and nfs heat have good story
You do realize that most modern cars are made out of plastic, right? 😂
You can put them metallic in customization
I bought both of these games and it cost me $16( in total)....& I love them both to death. By the way....The Crew 2 is still supported with new content to this day( that said, I think I like the Crew 2 just a bit more.
Since I don't have PC or Xbox to play Forza Horizon, The Crew 2 is my only substitute. It has huge map, updates, wide variety of cars which is more than nfs heat has to offer, & no brake to drift system
Thanks mate. Great explanation from beginning to the end.
Thank you! :)
I have both games.
I'm old school (fan of NFS Underground 2) and for me Crew 2 is amazing!
NFS HEAT only have better customizations for cars, and some details...
Crew 2 should add more utilty trucks and suvs
yeah like the svr and urus
thnx!! just what I was looking for.. gonna go with NFS Heat!!
Sounds good!
I have nfs heat but i really want to try the crew 2
You should, it’s worth every penny
@@massclips6729 i know i already tried the demo and i love it now the problem its that i need money to buy it xd
@@Emi-bm4iv Lol, I know you’re pain
does heat have a garage where you can see all your cars in real-time or is it like a list?
There is a garage area, however it isn't on the scale of the one in the crew 2
It only has a garage for you to go through i think 5 or 6 cars, you can swap them to your crew's cars, which is the default option. Iirc, showcasing your cars in youur garage is the only way to sell your cars, but i could be wrong
@@brianng9765 Yeah your terribly wrong
The crew 2 is on sale right now on the epic game store. This was a great video thank you.
Only one of these games is still getting updates...
Yes, that is very true
which one?
@@oriel6six6 crew

Completely agree with this comparison. My preference goes to nfs but that at my thoughts
Just the clean driving In the crew 2 beats nfs by a mile.
Very good review!
Thanks!
The crew 1 nailed it compared to the crew 2. It had much better vehicle classing system
Very good review subbed
Thank you!
Both games are Incredible n look great honestly these 2 alongside Dakar Desert Rally are the best open world racing games
I'll just buy both of them it spring sale anyway
Did you buyed the games? If you’re on steam, NFS Heat Deluxe Edition costs 13,99€ and The Crew 2 costs 9,99€.
NFS Heat: Has street cars, Hyper cars.
The Crew 2: Has street cars, hyper cars, classic cars, drift cars, drag race cars, event themed cars, rally raid cars, rally cross cars, motor sports bikes, street bikes, Track bikes, Monster Trucks, demolition derby cars, Hovercrafts, jet sprint race boats, touring cars, acrobatics planes, high speed planes, a helicopter, Formula 1 cars, boats.

Bad handling*
What's cool is I have the deluxe editions for both because I get em on sale. Crew 2 deluxe for 20 bucks and NFS Heat for 3 bucks. Yes, $3.
Very fair and nice review
Thanks!
Crew 2 strength is its motorcycles. Ubisoft did an outstanding job with that.
Ivory Tower not Ubisoft,Ubisoft are the publisher
My man did a solid review, no cap
Thanks!
Can you do a video on cars you would love to see in the crew 2
Sounds good!
i probably prefer nfs heat. theres so much cool clothes. the liverys are really good. the car catalog is pretty good, and most importantly you can customize the shit out of any car
Don't forget you get to be a taxi driver in the crew 2 and also a cop 🤣👍 God I love being a taxi driver 🤣🤣
The crew 2 is a fantastic game , but I don't think its worth the 50 dollars on ps4 , but I was able to get it for 10 dollars due to a very cashmoney 75% off deal
If you can't get a good deal on the game , I'd say nfs heat is better
I have both NFS heat and Crew 2, and I gotta say crew 2 is better imo
For real? Care to tell me more about Crew 2's handling? The game's still on sale tho so I just might. But then anyway I just got the NFS Heat too and it's been a really great experience for me
@@colinhenry__I like the crew 2 more than nfs heat, because even though you might sacrafice some graphics, the world is so much more open than nfs heat. You can literally drive across the whole america. I also like the combination that you can change from car to plane, to boats.
@@colinhenry__ I refunded my nfs heat deluxe edition and got The crew 2 instead, I say you should get TC2 as it's lot more fun and filled with shit tons of contents
@@JayZouu Literally drive across whole America?Yeah but in real life it takes over 2 days to drive from West to East Coast while under an hour in The Crew 2.
@@AFT_05G Still, the longest race in the crew 2 games takes like half an hour, and its really about enjoying the view and shit
I prefer nfs because in crew 2 you can only get 3 (4 including you) friends in multiplayer which sucks. After sometime it's boring to me
Personally I feel like NFS heat is for people who like customisation and upgrading the cars more than people who just want to drive personally I love upgrading bad cars and making them look nice then driving them which is why not too many people that like racing games like NFS heat
I prefer crew 2 because u can use the racing sim and you can relax cruise down the road and the map is 👍👌
Map is fuckin empty and environment textures look horrible in C2 due to it's size they didn't have enough time to make it look immersive.
@@AFT_05G Yeah, I too do stare at textures when I'm supposed to go 200km/h lmao it's a racing game nobody cares about textures
@@AFT_05G The map is empty I want the drugs You on
Never buying another Crew game again because they'll never add the ability to restart the career. Heat however looks like the closest thing to what I've been waiting for (an Underground remake)
imagen if the crew 2 and nfs heat collabed like nfs giving betetr graphics to crew and the crew giving more content or just make a huge new game with both of them combined it would be so sick
3:17 when i ask the waiter to tell me the menu XD
I bought the 2
Crew 2 cars and map
Nfs customize and chill
Gameplay is, in my opinion, the most important aspect of any game.
I currently own neither of these games but that will change subject to price cuts/sales
Get the crew 2. It's fun asf
@@TheSixStringGuy looks great, not sure about the planes but the other vehicles look fun asf as you say

Honestly crew 2 is An Lovely Open world Game ....But the horseshit is you always need an internet to play the game. But out of my Heart Crew 2 is awesome .
The Good...
1 ) Good Graphics
2 ) A Marvelous Big USA Map ...Yeah ill be Dammed
3) Stunning Open world and Gameplay is fine.
THE BAD ....
2) No Cop Chase
3) The Campaign is not so good compared to crew 1.
The Ugly.....
Yeah off course ..an internet connection is always required to play this Game..😒
Wanne be chased by cops 🤣🤣 i can fix that
Nice video. Decided to go with heat
I prefer the crew 2 because ist a huge map every week there is a New live Event where you can get Spicial things or cars And there come more and more vehicles is game
Apparently the crew 2 is becoming free to play in July 8th but Idk if it’s true. Thought I rally wanna play the game
I believe it is a free weekend!
I know this is an older video, but I would say Forza Horizon is more of a contender for The Crew 2 than Need for Speed.
