- Thomas Dolby accompanied David Bowie on Keyboards at Live Aid in 1985. They performed “Heroes” together and Thomas Dolby paid tribute to David Bowie at the Totally Tubular 80’s Concert at the UA-cam Theater in Los Angeles on 6/29/24. What a meaningful tribute from the “brilliant Thomas Dolby”!
Special thanks to David Bowie and Thomas Dolby!!

I love this Gerry. Thank you so very much
I wasn’t expecting to see this in concert, but I am so glad to share it!!
That's so lovely. I'd usually say so R&R but this piece transcends that. My brother met Bowie once ( he's passed) i never have. I love your channel my friend. You just send out good vibes to everyone who tunes in. Thank you brother..
Mission accomplished!! I am so glad that you liked this tribute. That is so cool that your brother got to meet Bowie. I wonder which year that was? All the best of everything to you and your family, my friend!! 😎👍
It was in the 80s if memory serves alas can't ask departed brother however i do know it was stateside. My brother was producing Donovan stage show on that tour and he talked with Bowie in the wings, so to speak as the show was going on.
