The trip to the wildlife park with the boys reminded me of my time growing up in Tanzania doing all sort of adventures on the back of a Land Rover., or swimming in the river under the waterfalls on the plantation or escaping to another seaside village on the bicycle with a bunch of friends without telling the parents what we were doing!! Those were the days growing up in Africa, a time of your life that you will remember for ever. I am sure your boys will have the fond memories of their visits to Africa when they grow up.

It's snowing here-Alberta, Canada, after a couple of glorious days of real warmth and sunshine. I took a leaf out of your book, John, and decided to just relax and enjoy a restful period. You are such a positive and energetic worker, I think you inspire Joao in many ways,,,,the loaded wheel barrow down the steps, for instance. You two work so well together. Good to see Tara and the boys enjoying the "aminos" with her parents. Thay will soon be home with you again, and it will be back to hunting for lost tape measures and tools with legs! Wonderfully happy days to remember.

I can honestly say from an outsider, you have only made that place even more magical. Thanks for sharing! Also that park in Africa looks amazing, obviously the animals are beautiful but the landscape is so cool. I’ve never really seen a forest in Africa that was an unexpected treat ❤

I figure Crusoe will be ready to drive before he returns home. He and Grampa are getting along famously. Love it!

What very special memories this vlog has given us of a very special ten days getting to really know our very special grandbabies. What a delightful duo they are. It's snowing here-Alberta, Canada, after a couple of glorious days of real warmth and sunshine. I took a leaf out of your book, John, and decided to just relax and enjoy a restful period. You are such a positive and energetic worker, I think you inspire Joao in many ways,,,,the loaded wheel barrow down the steps, for instance. You two work so well together. Good to see Tara and the boys enjoying the "aminos" with her parents. Thay will soon be home with you again, and it will be back to hunting for lost tape measures and tools with legs! Wonderfully happy days to remember.

great work John and Joal always get rain when you don't want it ☹once you get the tarp on to make it dry will be better, Wow Tara, you are so much like your dad, how exciting for the boys to see their grandparents and all the animals, my sister says that some of the pine trees near her in Central Portugal get processionary caterpillars in them and they they can kill the trees and the hairs of the caterpillars are harmful to humans and mammals! have a lovely time with your parents, see you all soon. love and Blessings.
