Nice. My view.. But 1.5 millet n 1 5 idli rice n 1 whole urad. Soaked overnight. N washed many times. N grinded nxt morning n gets fermented by evening in Indian humid conditions. N this batter Gives super soft idlis without puffed rice or poha. Bcos if you keep batter for a week. Tht would smell. N grinding in grinder does everything soft. N can try karnataka speciality thattu idli. N top with dhokla like thaduka n njoy with railway chutney. Cheers. From Pune. Indumathy Narayanan.

@Mpl 123 good morning. Cheers from pune. It's very simple. Take 2 handsful roasted gram dal (chutney dal), ginger one 1inch piece, 3 to 5 green chillies, or more acc to taste, it's more spicy than usual, namesake add one or 2 teaspoons grated coconut, add fresh pudina one hand ful, add salt, grind well. Then transfer to bigger vessel. Nicely add some say 2 tumblers of water. Check salt. N consistency. It has to be little watery chutney. Give usual thaduka rai urad hing curry leaves.. this is good to eat with any bland breakfast or snack. Say Mangalore bonda of urad dal. Or even any multi grain dosa, idli. Which are bland. This chutney u just dip in tht watery bigger chutney wati n just enjoy. :-) 😀 ..this is my way n my style You can try as per yr choice n taste various combinations. Basic idea is not much coconut. Otherwise it will spoil. Thts why in trains they make watery chutney ..thts my understanding...leave it to you. ..try n njoy. Cheers.

Can you plz explain about how can we get proper coconut oil, as you usually use it, and we in North India don't know much about coconut oil about cooking, we have had only banana chips in coconut oil, and other things are not easily available, can you explain about it from where to purchase in what way it could be used in cooking, what are the brands who sells in whole of India, or could deliver pan India

Hi Maithili I use Extra virgin cold pressed coconut oil for cooking anything and everything in the kitchen it's good for health and tastes fabulous too...one of the best reasons that I love the most is we don't have to cut down or watch out on how much of oil we consume when it comes to coconut oil!
I have actually started to see so much of control in hair fall every day ...you can buy Coconut oil in-store or online doesn't really matter as long as it's either organic or the one which I mentioned earlier...hope this helps 💕
