Have you been doing the new missions to collect samples and then poison the thargoid spires?
Great video. I suspect this will be even more relevant now that Titans have health bars and resistance levels depending on numbers of occupied systems and controlled active Spires.
So everytime you poison the site it spaws a medusa in the instance? Some cmdr said he saw 9 medusas in one instance.
All depends how many times commander poison tnem
That comment about the many Medusas would have been me... And Yes. Tons of them. Got killed while still in glide.

How do you carry those things?
The minerals are limpet or srv pickup, the stuff you put into the Spire are on foot materials
