Why does your title say 1947 when the copyright date on the film says MCMXLVI (1946)?

@@dcasper8514 I've noticed that on several movies from the '30s and '40s in particular., where the person posting the video has used a date in his description following the year of the copyright on the movie. My guess is that poster is using a release date that doesn't match the copyright on the movie. Just a guess.
