Always a pleasure hearing you two talk about whatever is on your mind. Arabiata Pizza is SO GOOD! I've had a version of it in several places and a couple of countries! Rachel's giggles are priceless and Olivia's genuine concern is awesome to witness. Of course I grew up watching Married w. Children like almost all GenX'rs. Listening to Katey was such a treat. Thank you so, so much for having her on your podcast and who the hell, all 3 people that down voted... Those 3 have no idea of anything!

The opposite of fear is courage. Do one courageous thing every day, go out of your comfort zone or do something you have been avoiding (like asking someone how they are) and you can build self-esteem and stave off the fear thinking. You change the 'what if' thinking to 'what am I going to do next' thinking.

I can't believe Rachel has never watched SW II and III, I find it funny.
And she doesn't want her daughter to watch it, not because there is anything violent, but because she continues to be angry at Hayden for ending their relationship, so she punishes him by driving a wedge between Briar and Hayden, preventing him from having a proper father-daughter relationship. Rache hates his guts, and also punishes Briar, becaus Rachel's pregnancy only had one purpose - to save her relationship, with Hayden, and that didn't work in the long run, so now Rachel resents her own daughter for not keepting them together.

@@JJ-bp1ju Watch how a person behaves and you can learn a lot about who they are as a person. When together, Rachel and Hayden avoid each other like the plague, and there are several documented cases of Rachel neglecting briar - one notable one where she left Briar alone in the parking lot of a carnival to go film a video! No one was keeping an eye on her, and a pedophile could have easily kidnapped her and I dont' think she would have cared. All of this is really just based on me observing Rachel's behavior and learning what a terrible person she is that way.
@@HunterJumper-ow2oo Honey, stay away from celebrity gossip and be sane enough to know you know absolutely NOTHING about the private lives, relationships, and feelings of these people, who are complete strangers to you. You don't live with them, and they don't share their personal lives with you. Maybe ask a trusted family member to reach out to a mental health professional to whom you can talk. It would benefit you greatly.

It's funny that they discuss drug addiction when Rachel is on drugs heself! That's why she's aging so badly!
I hope you are just a young preteen, and I beg you to talk to your Mom and Dad about your behavior and loss of reality thinking you know their celebrities' lives.. If you are an adult, you truly need professional help and to be supervised at all times. Tell at least your primary care doctor about the things you post and talk about. Maybe, even screenshot your posts and bring them into your doctor your next appointment.
