Rally is hands down my favorite motor sports. I remember watching a lot of it as child with my Dad. The Pops and hight pitch Revs from these crazy tiny engines. Very nostalgic for me. My dad used to own a twin turbo 92 mk3 Supra and a 93 Fox Body back in the days so that is what originally fall in love with cars in general.
So many memories, beautiful sounds of Audis, Fiats, Lancias, Cosworths....but @5.45 the ultimate...Opel Manta 400, I had two in the 90's and miss them everyday since!

Fantastic footage. So many iconic cars but my personal favourites are the e30 M3's and the 131 Abarths. Rear wheel drive, high revving and naturally aspirated. Class.
Our woodwork teacher, back when i was in school, 35 years ago, had a brown lada niva and was always trying to convince us how good it was and we used to slag him off mercilessly about how crap it was........well, seems he was right after all! Great video, cars and event😎

@@justinlambert390 motorsport is the tiniest contributors to pollution, what should be improved is the transport of the teams to the location but even that compared to the global masses pollution is miniscule. Yes there should be a electric division but outright banning or stopping ICE motorsport is stupid, since many technological achievements has been found through motorsport, ABS, traction control, ESP, and newer fuel sources needs a test bench to be perfected on and motorsport is the place to do it. It's a shame people (not you but the majority of the public) sees motorsport as this waste of resources which it isn't actually. Would be interesting to see data of lets say a big football championships (one day) pollution compared to a WRC championship one day pollution.

I do like the huge rear spoiler on the Peugeot 205 T16 featured at 11:44. What was that 3 wheeled car featured at 11:09? I've never seen one of those cars racing let alone trying to rally! It looked rather scary to be in. Watching this video brings back memories of watching rallying in the 1980's with the Group B cars in the Lombard RAC Rally here in the UK.
