he just can't stfu for more than a two seconds at a time
you have no idea how long I've waited for someone to say that
as a person who has a major problem with talking over people, it isn't always (or even usually) intentional. i forget what i want to say so often, that i have gotten into the habit of blurting out what i need to say.
furthermore, a large part of it can be being so used to speaking out loud to oneself, so that when you are talking with another person that little bit of your brain that tells you to wait those 30 seconds has been turned off. dan has stated before he talks to himself quite frequently.
i personally am so used to just saying what pops into my head it has become a habit, so that when I'm communicating with another human, i have to be constantly consciously aware of my speaking. i imagine when you're tired, speaking in public, and just generally dealing with everything something like vidcon entails, it would be really difficult to try to consciously overcome an ingrained habit.
It's difficult yes, but it's still frankly a rude habit, especially when you're around people who won't be as understanding of your bad habit as others. Or others that have been talked over their entire lives

Technically it's both of their faults, but I think Dan was a little more at fault, haha. They did mention the cab driver honking the horn while they were looking for his passport and they got there 2 minutes after the flight had taken off. So technically if they hadn't had to look for the passport, they might've had a good shot at making it on time. :P
