Six years later and surprised with what I was finding at this old site today

Digging and detecting through the junk and there was some great relics hiding in the mess around this old cellar hole. It has been many years since I have done any relic hunting at this old deserted home site and first time with my Fisher F19. I was locking on to targets in the nail iron really good today. Old buttons, spoons, buckles and other stuff from the 1800s in the dirt where the house once stood. The rock walls, overgrown fields and side yards are all good places to find old stuff metal detecting but the junk around the cellar hole is where it is hiding. Read the landscape history and you will find the best spot.
