I don't understand why Fry and other people think CC is so good. The problem I always have with this card is that I have no reason to play it because playing another card on turn 3 or higher would be better. Besides sometimes its conjure is complete garbage, what I have to do with double mint. And then this card is answered with a rolling stone. Like, it's very difficult to play and get at least two cards, because one is usually not enough. I'm not saying that this card is useless, I tried ramping before it and then using onion rings, and it turned out pretty cool, but it's definitely not S. Maybe I'm playing it wrong somehow, but idk P.S. bananas should be clearly higher, they are very useful in two DB decks
I said this in Fry’s video of the Mega Grow tier list and I think it’s worth commenting this here. Raising the rarity is one of the greediest decisions PopCap has done but out of all the Mega Grow cards to become legendary why Muscle Sprout? Was its win rates through the roof between Set 2 and Set 3? Here are my suggestions for changes in the Mega Grow Class. Umbrella Leaf: Gains Untrickable Pea Patch: 2/2 Untrickable, when fused the plant gains 2/2 and untrickable Fire Pea: 3/3 Cabbage Pult: 2/1, when played on heights this gains 1/1 Doubled Mint: 1/3 Lily of the Valley: 0/3 Bamboozlle: 3 cost 5/6 the Zombie Hero draws 2 cards, when plant evolved this ability does not activate
cabbage pult is still useless because of apple saucer. I would make it a 3-cost 3/2 with the ability: If this is played on heights, this card gets + 1/2. I love the new bamboozle idea tho.
In my opinion Party Thyme is one of the most overrated cards in this game. Bonus attack decks don't need the card draw and even if they did, they need the card draw before they start playing the bonus attacks. When you start playing your bonus attacks, 9 out of 10 times you are going for the win, and no extra bonus attacks or any card is gonna help you when you're already going for the win. The situation where I can imagine Party Thyme being somewhat good, is if you play it with bananasaurus but that is too inconsistent (and also by turn 4/5 you really don't need cards most of the time).
