Drew, if you're asking who is causing the wildfires in Southeast Asia, you should look more to Indonesia as a candidate for the blame than Malaysia.
We Indonesians have a lot of companies who illegally burn the forests for creating new plantations while our own _Kemenhut_ (the very ministry who are supposed to be in charge in protecting these forests) don't have the balls to jail them and banning their operations.
