@@ItsToyoo Thank you soooo much. We miss you too. It’s not been easy settling in, but we’re at a good place now. I’m already working on the detailed video, will be out soon. ❤️
Nice job explaining why your family decided to move now, and why to Portugal. Love that you'll be more free now to focus on family and in particular your little one. I don't know about Malta, but my experience is that children are "king" in Portugal. You picked a great place for her. 🙂 Congrats on getting through the D8 visa application process!
Hi! I recently made a set of videos about living in Malta as a foreigner and the algorithm sent you my way 😊. I’ve been living in Malta for 10 years now and I understand your frustration in reaching the rest of Europe but we manage to make it work. Wish we’d met you before you left. Perhaps see you in Portugal! Cheers!
@@InspiredbyIsabella oh my, 10 whole years! Malta must feel like home now. It would have been awesome to meet you in Malta, maybe when we visit again or in Portugal as you said. Please don’t hesitate to reach out whenever you’re here.
@@ahKolade We carefully explored all our options based on what was important to us, and Germany would not have been a better option for us. Yes, we believe Portugal is better than Malta in many ways. However, like I mentioned in previous videos, there are pros and cons of living anywhere and the cons in Portugal are not deal breakers for us.
@@johnfaria100 Hi there, thank so much for watching my videos. I’m sorry you feel that way about your country and I can understand. However, our experience so far has been amazing. It is the most “African friendly” European country we’ve ever been and we do not have to rely on the country for employment (since we work for companies abroad). Oh and your country is so beautiful 😊
@@johnfaria100I've heard from several people that Malta is much better than Portugal, which is why I asked her the question. Ultimately, they did what was best for them. Since she has lived in Malta, I believe she knows it well.
Thanks for sharing ❤
