    ଘୋଳ ଦହି (Ghola Dahi) /Buttermilk Recipe/ Chass Recipe/ Summer Drink/ Odia
    Ghola dahi (odia) is a very healthy and light summer drink as it is made with curd, ginger, cilantro etc. Ghola dahi is also known as Buttermilk or Chhachh. This summer drink is very very good for dehydration, helps in digestion, reduces blood pressure etc.
    Ingredients:
    1. Curd/ Dahi- 2 cup
    2. Chilled water- 3 cup
    3. Coriander leaves -(2-3 tbsp)
    4. Mint leaves- (2-3 tbsp)
    5. Sliced Ginger- (2-3 ) or add as required
    6. Green chili- 2 or add as required
    7. Roasted cumin powder- 1/2 spoon or as required
    8. Black salt - 1/2 spoon
    9. Salt add as per your taste
