My ex worked in hospitality and encountered many terrible guests. One of the worst was a guy the staff called "dirty old man". The guy was in his 70s. He was sexist, racist, and vulgar. The worst part was that he constantly attempted to grope the female staff. The entire female staff reported his behavior to management, but were given the excuse that he kept 5 rooms on rent for the whole year, so just deal with it. Management also used the excuse that he was just a "dirty old man" and was harmless. My ex quit after the dirty old man tried to kiss her while passing in the hall. I encouraged my ex and her coworkers to pursue legal action, but none of them did. John in OP's story was given a lot of leeway because he was elderly. That's no excuse to justify his behavior.
My brother told me about a time when one of his biggest clients swore at the receptionist over the phone. I believe this was when he was selling equipment and supplies to print shops. He told the client that he was dropping him. I believe the client stayed on after my brother solved the problem he was upset about, and the receptionist received an apology. The issue he was upset about didn't even have anything to do with the receptionist. But my brother was very popular with the office staff after showing that he was willing to stand up for them. And the situation you are talking about is far worse. I completely agree with you. There is no excuse for that behavior. And if you put up with it from clients, you'll lose good staff. Which is often more difficult to replace than clients.
I don't know of any country where destroying a vehicle is legal. That lady was crazy.

@@tomhaskett5161 it's hard to tell sometimes, people can be all kinds of crazy and I have had stuff happen to me or witnessed stuff that people have said couldn't or wouldn't happen.

May I suggest a little more of a pause between stories for a better separation of them.
Add some personal opinion to the end of each story to give your video more flair and show some more personality from you. It allows us, your followers to get to know you a little better and enjoy your videos a little better.
