    Beautiful. I made several for my daughter's wedding. I used a dowel and covered it with ribbon and embellishments instead of the toilet paper/paper towel rolls. Make a hole and hot glue it in place.

    For the bottom she cut a circle of felt slightly larger in diameter than the handle, , she made a few small cuts along the circumference , she glued it on the bottom, building and fluid the cut edges over the handle and the she finished wrapping the felt around the handle.

    Didn't show how you tucked the felt in on the bottom.

      Around the tube I glued the felt using hot glue, then cut a little circle to cover the bottom and glued along the edges. Sorry wish I had a better camera angle for this one! Thanks for watching! :)

      About 3 or 4 inches, but you can go as big or as small as you like!
