Fool the birds and the bees? Honey I watched the whole video and I still couldn't tell which one was the real flower in your garden. This is by far the BEST tutorial you have uploaded on your channel. I love your creativity and ingenuity. You should have your own show on TV. You are a star!!!!
I saw this same tutorial a few years back and I've been trying to find it again! Thank you for sharing your knowledge and ideas with us.....they are so amazingly real....! 🌸🌼🌻🏵🌿💗💙😊
I am so happy UA-cam made your video a suggestion for me! You’ve been gifted, by the Lord, with great talent. Thank you so much for this wonderfully detailed tutorial, you’ve definitely earned another subscriber. Thanks again and may you be blessed always.(
Loved your video! No unnecessary gabbing which is almost as important to me as the instruction. Your flowers are gorgeous and I will be trying this out today. Thank you.
That is just crazy! I watched you make these twice and I still can’t believe it. The leaves! I just couldn’t see how it would have been possible! Absolutely beautiful! So gorgeous. Your eye for colors is just amazing. Thank you so much for sharing!!
I love flowers. I've made oodles of paper flowers and have seen oodles and oodles of paper flower making videos. You're certainly talented and I'm definitely impressed. I'm admitting that in the beginning your method seemed a tad wonky. How wrong I was and me sitting here thinking I knew better than to judge too soon if at all. It all proves one thing though. Judging (again) by the end product it's all the other tutorials that are wonky because yours are by far the most charming paper flowers I've seen. Kind of like you. Aside from a little tongue in cheek my comments are sincere, I love your content and thank you so much for sharing ☮️💜
I love this craft so much, I've been making flowers all day. It's amazing how real they look and how little money you have to spend to make them, Thank you so much I'll be trying all your craft ideas! You are so talented!
Omg, I almost fell asleep. Your voice is so calming. While I love how your flowers turned out, I love the sound of your voice.❤️❤️ you should record a relaxing/meditation video with your voice narrating pictures of flowers. In this stressful time, that would be perfect
What I was told is that youtube doesn't care whether it's a 'like' click' or a 'dislike' click. As long as it's a 'click'...lol!! So these people going around clicking 'dislike' are actually ALSO doing the youtuber a favor. They just want to see clicks. :) By the way GREAT video!! I would have never thought to do this.
Toni, I cannot compliment your talent, artistry, soothing voice, demonstration techniques and overall video production to a more superlative degree than everyone else has already. For anyone thinking this is messy, watch again. I can't imagine ANYONE giving this a thumbs down, so please ignore them! I will watch and listen to your soothing video anytime I feel stressed. Both the instruction and your voice are the best calming tools! You have a manner that draws people in and mesmerizes them. The timing for my finding you is Divine Intervention, My hydrangea bush suffered this year, and I have only a few sparse stems. I was soooo disappointed...until now. Oh Happy Day!! These are artistically AMAZING, both the flowers and the leaves. (I've just watched this twice.)
Best I've seen yet! You're very talented and I appreciate you sharing your art work with everyone 💜 💖 your voice is very soothing and I love listening to you talk ❤ thanks a million ❤
I fall in love with crafting flowers every time I watch the hydrangea video. T y for sharing! My son will marry next October and his fiancé loves hydrangea s. Now I don’t feel so overwhelmed or intimidated when it comes to making them
You can get coffee filters in any supermarket, Walmart or Dollar Tree. If you are not in the US you may be able to order some that are like the ones I used: www.amazon.com/dp/B07MFRX5NK/?tag=aiponsite-20&linkCode=ic5&ascsubtag=amzn1.idea.1VWKAGIRAYEV0&creativeASIN=B07MFRX5NK&cv_ct_id=amzn1.idea.1VWKAGIRAYEV0&cv_ct_pg=storefront&cv_ct_wn=aip-storefront&ref=exp_cov_yourhouseahometv_dp_vv_d
What a smart lady you are! I kept your video on a loop while I was working. Thank you for this. I’m going to put these in an antique/junk store I work in and I’ll let you know what people say. I also made some hydrangeas from pages of a moldy book someone was throwing away, so those look quite smart and fabulous too. Thank you again! 😊
s dizzle: What makes you think the mold is toxic? There is no evidence presented to establish your declaration. Did you know the original penicillin was made from mold? Anything can be toxic in quantity. But I doubt the mold on the book pages were 'in quantity', if so, she probably would not have used them. Kelly may have added a disinfectant. We don't know that. If you can not say something nice, or in a gentle, positive manner why leave a comment at all?
Using old book pages is a brilliant idea! If you're concerned about any mold just spray with Lysol. I love ideas for using old books. Throwing them away is so sad to me. Again, Great Idea Kelly!
@s dizzle the book cover spine had some mold on it, the pages were fine, and the pages were removed, but I do appreciate your concern about mold on my table. I actually have a craft room and granite counters that are super easy to keep clean ;)
It was very interesting watching your video, but as others have commented, your voice is absolutely lovely. You sound like you could never get pissed! Bless your heart, dear.
You are a fantastic instructor. I have tried to grow hydrangea bushes in my garden for years and have killed all 8 plants. I will be looking at this video for the next indoor project and beat the odds and make my own flowers. Thank you!
Elaine Tombari, My great grandmother said hydrangea are only happy on the southeast corner of a house. She would also "sweeten" the soil with lime. So, without knowing where yours were planted or the condition of your soil, just wanted to share MaMaw Watson's tips. I'm with you though, I really want to try this project-I want to have hydrangea all year long in the house.
Hydrangeas are my favorite flower as well. What a lovely faux hydrangea! To get a nice realistic hydrangea is pricey to say the least. This is one DIY that I will definitely try. I like the way you have mixed your colors too. They are spot on; making them appear more realistic. Well done!
This is one of the most magical crafting videos I've ever seen. My Nana *loved* Hydrangeas, and she would be amazed by this. I wish I were able to sit with her and make these, but since I cannot I will make these with my daughter
This was absolutely beautiful!!! I will never expend money on faux flowers again, Thank you do much for sharing your talents, stay blessed and safe 💙💓💕⭐️🙌💞💜
Beautiful flowers, my favorite flower also. Your tutorial is done with such clarity and we can see everything you do. Your voice is soft and I just loved watching this. Wow.
I love your voice. It's so soothing. You'd make bank selling recordings of you telling people to "breath" and "relax". Best coffee filter flower video too!!
To tell the truth i been watching soee youtube videos dyi and most of them I pass half of the video but yours you made me watch form the begining to the end. Love your patience to teach and thanks for your help i love theHydrangeas flower. And all the dislikes are haters dont pay attention to them< keep your good work
You Lady are a true artist, I found you by accident, I was searching for something else and WOW there you were, lucky me Your side is in my Bookmarks Very good tutorial and thank you for shaaring
Thank you so much for this tutorial. Every other tutorial you had to cut or punch out each little bloom. This came at the right time. I am making a large flower arrangement and this is perfect. I will be sharing your channel with my other crafty friends. When you are blessed you need to be a blessing. Much love.
OMG!!!! I just loooove Hydrangeas!!!! I'm from the South so, they have an extended blooming period here. I have almost every type....I'm working on getting seeds and hopefully getting them all to live here. The strawberries and cream are pretty but, very picky about their soil...LOL My aunt was just fussing about the cost of fake Hydrangeas and having to wait until Hobby Lobby has a 50% off sale to be able to afford them. She and I are DIY Queens so, I can't wait to surprise her with these!!!! I'm subscribing...can't wait to see what else you do!!!!! These are the most realistic I've ever seen!!!! Great job!!!!!
I think you have magic hands and this is by far the greatest video I have ever seen on You Tube. You are amazing to find a way to make my favorite flower. OMG. I am amazed.
Wow! Who what have thought that a simple coffee filter would turn out so beautiful. You were so detailed in your instructions which I love. I have several hydrangeas bushes in my yard so this is I incredibly realistic. Thank you!
This is so awesome!!! I wanted some artificial flowers to decorate my bathroom and around the house since there is nowhere indoors with enough light to keep any type of plant alive. Anyhow. Beautiful and I will be using these although not in realistic colors
Love, love, love this video. My all-time favorite flower is the Black Magic Rose and the Hydrangea of all colors. I'm going to try this asap. Thank you for the great videos. I can't seem to stop watching them. hehe. Keep them coming and I will keep watching. Bless you and your family from my family to yours.
A little helpful hint if you use gel food coloring instead of the liquid, you’ll use less and get a deeper color. You can trust me because I am a semi retired professional pastry chef with nearly 40 years experience. Next to Rumba Roses, Hydrangeas are my next favorite they are absolutely stunning! Your hydrangeas are absolutely gorgeous you did such a wonderful job! Thank you very very much! ♥️👍🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
Oh, honey, you are absolutely the best! I bought a bunch of flowers from AC Moore, Michaels, DT, and Walmart for my wedding arch and my centerpieces, but, seriously girl????? These are AMAZINGLY AWESOME! Thank you so much! I’m now going to move on to your rose tutorial, and I can have Roses, Peonies, and Hydrangeas. ❤️❤️❤️❤️🌹🌹🌹🌹

Oh my gosh!! You are so calm and soothing to listen to ❤️. Love your voice😊 Hydrangeas are my favorite flower and your creations are amazing. I don’t have that much patience, but enjoyed watching you! Thank you!
I wasn't following u at first when u drew the shape, I thought it was going to come out like a elementary project....but those came out soooo gorgeous and realistic!!! Please forgive me for not trusting u to deliver as you always do!! Ihave a fall fair coming up and I want to make some of these to sell!
LOL! Yes, it's simple and fun to make like a school project, but will come out beautiful and classy. I'm loving my new arrangement on my table they look so real!
So glad to find this on my phone to save. Have watched this many times. Trying to get my courage up to do them. They are beautiful. You do a very great job explaining. Thx for sharing. 💚
These are absolutely gorgeous!! You are such a great teacher. Thank you for sharing your talent. I'm going to make these for mom and for my sister. They do take a bit of effort but I think people really treasure homemade items. I know I sure do.
I would not recommend Essential oils if u are drying these in the oven. I work for my aunt, who has a soap company and we make frag stones out of nat ingredients and ess oil....we cant dry in oven bc the ess oils are not good for ur oven if u plan to cook food in it after.
Your voice is so soothing! I like the white and natural ones just the way they were, I wouldn't even paint those! Thanks so much for sharing this tutorial, it was wonderful.
I don't understand people, I am talking about the ones who gave you thumbs down, I mean, you are made beautiful flowers, and you a very sweet and naturalistic, so I think they are just either nuts or jealous I give you a hundred thumbs up for every thumps down you get as they are just envious of you
Thank you so much for your support, I really appreciate it! I like to think that most of the thumbs down are mistakes and they meant to click on thumbs up LOL, but everyone has different taste. I'm just happy to even get a look, and I am overwhelmed and elated by all the thumbs up and all beautiful comments like your. I am truly Blessed!😁
Omg....that isAMAZING!!!! It takes a LOT to impress me, especially with crafting stuff, & THAT DID!!! My 2 fav flowers ever are hydrangeas (remind me of my grandmother who was an avid gardner) & roses (I have many bushes & they have become my plant babies!), so now I'm gonna have to go watch your rose tut! This could be dangerous!!!! Many thanks!!!
What? dislike? Why? You truly are gifted! I live in the south where these are everywhere . Even know I could tell, If you wouldn't had said they were in the bushes, I wouldn't be able to tell. I would like to try this. Thank you so much,
Wow, you must have the patience of a saint! I’d have those poor petals ripped off and all over the place! Your tutorials are so easy to follow. You are so VERY talented. BEAUTIFUL!
omg , just beautiful . you have much patience !!!! one of these days i will try this . found you by accident and just love how you teach !! subbed and thumbs up . hugs from michigan

My eye just naturally goes to Hydrangeas when I am looking through the faux flowers at Michael's. We aren't able to grow them in our climate, so I have several faux ones in our home, and will definitely put this craft on my list.

I would not recommend Essential oils if u are drying these in the oven. I work for my aunt, who has a soap company and we make frag stones out of nat ingredients and ess oil....we cant dry in oven bc the ess oils are not good for ur oven if u plan to cook food in it after.
You make that look so easy
Such a great idea. My favorite flowers are hydrangeas. These are so beautiful and look so real! I love them! 🌼🌻🌸🏵🌺
Your voice is SO soothing! Ever think about audio books? ✌🏻😊

Yes definatly soothing, love watching you work
For sure. She is such a good talker.
BEAUTIFUL!

Your description of “scrunch it up then fluff it out” sounds like my hair routine!
I grow these throughout my yard and I swear yours are remarkably lifelike!
I had my doubts but they're beautiful. Hydrangeas are my favorite.
