Can't wait for part two, you always have great stuff in those mystery bags lol I went to a thrift store today too but I only bought two things a brooch with a crown for$3 JLM designs and Tiffany and co Paloma Picasso necklace for $15 sterling score! I was looking at the mystery bags longingly but $49.99 price tag and the crazed look of hubby like don't do it don't do it made me walk away from it but at least I can watch you open some treasures lol 😻💕 ps I love cats also I have four and a rabbit who thinks he is a cat too lol
Gen'kalovesmakeup my husband already tried to steal two brooches from me. This one was the most expensive at $24 that I got. I think you get a feel for the types of things you get at each store, this one has a lot of vintage things which I like the most. So glad you enjoyed. Part 2 will be on later this week :)
I saw you on the treasured vintage detectives show, so I subscribed to your channel and am getting caught up on your videos. I am drooling over the brooch with green rivoli stones cut into the shape of flowers at 3:24. Even the filigree back is beautiful. It looks like a high-quality piece to me. It's so wonderful to see a young person who appreciates the beauty and artistry of vintage jewelry. I have the blingy brooch my mother wore in the sixties with her Jackie Kennedy suit and alligator shoes and purse. I have been buying vintage jewelry from thrift stores and garage sales for 20 years now. I started out keeping everything, but as time wore on I started running out of room and so for the last couple of years I have been selling on ebay also. I kept my favorite pieces and sold the ones I didn't like as well. As a result I have upgraded my collection and the pieces I sell. It's kind of nice making a little money from my hobby! Happy collecting, and I'll look forward to more videos.
Robin Coletti that’s exactly what I hope to do! Sell the ones that are great just not what I am into as much so that I can keep collecting what I love. I don’t know why but I have always loved vintage and thrifting. I wore a vintage dress to homecoming. I am glad you pointed out that brooch, it did strike me and I also thought it might be a better piece as well. The colors are very striking.
~i just got a diamond like flower bracelet for $20 from a thrift store and I love it! It’s fun and inexpensive jewelry that can be treasured forever! I love the bag of jewels you have! Great video! Thank you for sharing! 😊💕
The cuff link was signed inside the bar that holds the toggle. You've got so many signed pieces! It's so nice that you can just go and pick up these bags anytime!! Jealous!! I'd be a straight up hoarder tho if that was the case here! Thanks Carla. I am just now trying to watch and get caught up on your "interesting" haha hauls. BTW I do not care how many times you say interesting... ;-)
Treasured Vintage I AM such a hoarder! My hubby is on me to start a store/take pictures for his eBay. They don’t ALWAYS have such nice bags. I passed a few up earlier. Sometimes there’s too much new stuff, I’m a vintage gal.
hi love ur channel.i hav a hoard of vintage an costume jewlery im wanting to sell som of it.but i stil buy bags or jars of jewlery.really neat to watch others enjoying th same hobbie an collecting.
Even if it's plastic or perhaps lucite as the amber beads might be, they look so 1970's and lots of folks are looking for those. Reminds me of my Grandma Rowena!!!
That broken piece with the 3 blue-ish teal or sea foamy green cabs could be a rockin pair of earrings using 2 of those links. It would take some work, but i think they would be unique ooak's. Possibly would be cool to marry links from perhaps 3 (similar style) broken bracelets to make one. Yeah, I think saving good vintage could allow for some pretty cool interpretations for future pieces.
The very light weight amber/brown necklace is W. Germany if not mistaken. Has the regular clasp they used during the Berlin air flights with food when Berlin was surrounded by the Wall. Check the hook clasp again and you might find a small W, GER. or fully written West Germany. They often had matching earrings.
FYI. To clear up the Berlin airlift comment. The planes returned with what goods could be made and sold out side of Russian occupied areas and countries or empty. This plastic jewelry was light and could be airlifted out for sale. Very popular at one time. Wild 50's 60's colours.
sOn flower I do. Can you tell me what time stamp it’s at so I know one? It’s been awhile since I’ve done this one :) my Etsy is PrincessCasseroleUS. It’s just getting started so there’s not a lot on it yet. But I can focus on getting the things up people are asking about or you can email me at PrincessCasserole@gmail.com I’ve sold things via PayPal invoice too.
Jackie Baker thanks for the comment. I’ll try to be more aware of that. This was before I got my tripod which I think helped a little, I hope at least.

Really nice things so far!
Laurie Nunley thank you! This was a nice bag. Worth the $24 for sure. I would have spent more to get some of these separately.

Trace-Elementz13 I totally agree. Some things are easier to fix than others but I save my broken vintage pieces in hopes of doing something with them.
I love the teddy bear bracelet!
Lyndsay Olson Fibromyalgia Warrior glad you like it

Jackie Baker thanks for the comment. I’ll try to be more aware of that. This was before I got my tripod which I think helped a little, I hope at least.
Hillcraft is a married piece using a key fob and a found chain of some sort, Attractively weird.
paula null I love that, “attractively weird” I think you just described me
Wow! Earring to match?? Truly weird now. And strange. If you find the other earring we have got to know.
paula null earrings are the worst! Maybe the other one is hanging out with the one sock I just lost.
Not cat
Your hand was in the way and you showed stuff way out of camera range most of time
Tired of your hand too closer and jewelry to far half of corner I can’t see
Taren Grote sorry, rather new at this but I’ll continue to try to improve.
Taran is it English you are trying to speak?!
