    Interesting look on these old bridges. If you make something like it for your model railroads in the future, it would be interesting to see that too now that you showed us the real deal.

    You should look up Castlegar BC Canada train bridge. It was built sometime around the turn of the 20th century and I believe it is still being used. It's a great looking bridge.

    i was JUST there the other night! the place looks so crazy at night; eerie but beautiful.

    This bridge would look so good restored sympathetically. I know a bloke who would be a good site foreman. Name of Grandad Jack , know him ?

    If you're interested, there's a wooden trestle bridge in Eltham, Melbourne that is still in operation, you can see Metro Trains run over it! Not very tall though...
