What actually is happening in the trial and appelate
courts and what the sns relating to Cheque bounce cases say is quiet contradictory.
In the decided cases where accused is convicted he goes to appe late court ,High Court where cases take years to decide.
The courts should adhere strictly to NI ,ACT provisions.
