Yeah he knows where the fish should be, even if he doesn't have a fish finder. Given the time of day, temperature of the water, etc. he can figure out where the fish should be on the lake.
No such thing as a dumb question! When he is referring to a "high percentage spot/area" he is referencing a spot where a bass "should" be located. Although we were offshore in this video you can think of it as if we were fishing the bank. A high percentage spot would be a laydown on the bank, a dock, or a rock slide, anywhere a bass should be hiding. Since we are offshore here the high percentage spots would be underwater rock piles, shell beds or other hard spots, weed lines, basically anywhere or anything a bass would be hiding when he is off of the bank.
