Its like listening my own delivery story each and every thing happed to me. bearing Labour pain, Epidural, and then C -Section. Till last hour my doctor kept saying things are favourable and then after 28 hours I had to go to OT for C-Section.
I had same experience. I think after membrane sweeping and water breaking the babies can’t tolerate high contraction by uterus suddenly ( after pitocin) so it affect heartbeat of baby. Slow dose is better I think
My story is same as your's 2 days labour pain,no dilation, baby's heart rate drop, emergency c section. And got my daughter.. but this time i chose planned c-section and got my another daughter.. bcoz i was very scared of previous experience..😅

Same happened with me all prepared smooth pregnancy, same was in labour dilated till 6 cm but due to distress of fetus ended into c sect which made me severe depressed took 8 months to come out of that end trauma ... But now it feels it was all good for me n my baby both are safe that's imp.

Meri bhabhi ka first c section tha and dusra normal deliver hua tha......second time bhi saare big hospitals ne c section hoga yhi bola tha pr phir ek village mai govt doctor ne bola ki koi zarurat ni h csection ki normal delivery ho jaayegi....or normal delivery ho gyi.......now her son is almost 2 yr old.....so big hospitals are just having brand....they only make people afraid and earns lakhs of money through c section.......
I delivered in Amsterdam as well.. i opted for membrane sweep, and delivered ny baby girl unmedicated 6 hrs later!! She was 4 kilo at birth :) we mother's are strong... Bless us all
