i went to your channel straightly to confirm that u're a malaysian because of the "lahhh" at the end of the sentences xD btw thanks for the video! it helped me to solve my uncertainties problems :D
What does that mean, tho??😭
My last ever CIE is tmrw, but I'll keep coming back to yur channel to get the vibe from yu! 😫🐥🫂
sameee lol my last cie too, etphysics deserves moreee subs
@@17tamim yea😭
my exams were cancelled and im having imitation exams (basically a mock) and this video helped a lot Thank you!
thankyou this rly helped in doiing the IB IA even in chemistry
Thank you so much! This gave me so much clarity!
quick question Miss, both methods give the same answer right? or is method 2 more accurate than method 1?
what do i do if i get a question like nov 2014 p51 q2?
Do the uncertainties have to match the dp of the calculated value like what we had to do in AS paper 2
no necessarily.
Hello Miss! What if the raw data does not have uncertainty but we're asked to include uncertainty in the calculated data?
If they didn't give uncertainty, they should give a max and min value! Or repeated measurements - from there you can find half the range, and use ½(max-min) as uncertainty
@@ETphysics TYSM! im doing my lab report on tau time constant and this helped so much
use log max value -log actual value(given in table) its easier
Yepp, this also known as the "half the range" method! :)
for the log uncertainty can we use the formula Δlog(x) = log(x+Δx) - log(x)
yh
Can't we use the natural log (ln) with the 1st method of half range
Yes you can! Take ½[ln(max value) - ln(min)]
Thank you so much miss...♥️
hi can you please try FM19 p52 too, it has power inside log eg log(n/10^-3) im not sure how to do the questions after that.. thankiew so muchh !!
Check out the recently posted P5 videos about prefix in lg and ln - also similar scenario
ua-cam.com/video/T_VZhILgJlE/v-deo.html
and try to see if it addresses your confusion :) we may or may not be able to record FM19 P52 in time.
@@ETphysics got it ! thankiew so muchh ❤️❤️
@@feliciateong9987 You're welcome, drop us a comment and let us know if you manage to figure it out on your own or if you need more help. :)
@@ETphysics yep i got it now, before that i wasnt sure whether to include the power when calculating the questions in the last page because 2019 mark scheme doesnt include it.. now I am clear 🙏🏻 thankiew so much for the great explanation ! I have learnt a lot and understood a lot better after watching videos from this channel , you guys make Physics easy and interesting ! Will definitely share this channel with my friends ! Thank you once again ❤️
@@feliciateong9987 Well done!!
