    🥦 RECIPE AND INGREDIENTS:
    1 broccoli.
    Fill with hot water.
    Salt 1 tablespoon.
    Leave for 10 minutes.
    1 onion.
    Olive oil.
    Fry over medium heat.
    Mushrooms 300g / 10.58oz.
    Fry until the juice comes out.
    Butter 15g / 0.52oz.
    Salt.
    Black pepper.
    Coriander.
    Soy sauce 2 tablespoons.
    1 garlic.
    Add broccoli.
    Mix well.
    Cook for 5 minutes.

    I tried this recipe this evening. Very tasty but way too much salt. I even used unsalted butter and low sodium soy sauce. I would suggest leaving out the last addition of salt. Actually there is enough saltines in regular soy sauce to eliminate all other salt in the recipe. Then it would be perfect!!

    I made this tonight and I must say it will be one of my favorite go tos! I did omit the salt but I used regular soy sauce with a smaller amount of salted butter and I did add in some chicken breast! It was so very very delicious!! Thank you!

      I know I almost gagged at a tablespoon of salt and that broccoli to soak……… I often wonder what’s the point of eating something good when you kill it with salt?!

    Wow what a delicious dish! I followed the recipe and didn't use high sodium table salt. Instead i used healthy mineral salt, which is lower in sodium. And unsalted butter. It turned out wonderful! Thank you for sharing! ❤❤❤❤

      I do something similar minus the shrooms, but add cauliflower, zucchini & spinach (toss in at last minute). Yummmm.....
      And I serve it with 2 chicken strips. That way I get both plants & animal protein. 👍

    I think the recipe looks good. But I would modify using less salt, less butter and less soy sauce. But the combination I like I never thought about doing that

    The receipt is cool, I tried it, and i do recommend less salt, maybe half tea scoop and butter half of what you put. I wouldn't add olive oil if you are going to add butter.

      Butter provided a different sensation in the mouth and taste buds! I discovered this in a spaghetti sauce recipe, that used oil for the onions but also butter. The taste became sweeter and smoother.

    I make broccoli carrot and tofu sauted together for my lunch/dinner for weight loss. But I personally use lesser salt and lesser oil. But a big no to butter and soy sauce.

    This looks really good, I would make a few modifications, one being not so much salt, I would chop up the mushrooms a little smaller, this would be good with some cheese added, you could add meat to it, my mom who was an excellent cook never added too much salt, she always said better to have too little then too much, you can always add more as your eating, but if you add too much while cooking, then you can't take it out, she was very wise, & everybody loved her cooking, soy sauce is salty too, so in a sense, that adds more salt, but other then too much salt, it looks good 🙂

    Broccoli is best cut up in a plastic bag or ceramic bowl to reduce the mess and waste. Vegetables should always be steamed not boiled to conserve valuable nutrients such as water soluble vitamins. No salt should be added in the cooking process as this also reduces the nutient content.

    I agree, less salt and butter, and broccoli first. The mushrooms in for 1 minute max, otherwise Mushrooms will be so mushy.

    This will be tasty but to elevate the dish to stardom add grated ginger with the coriander, and add a tablespoon of sesame oil at the end. Toasted sesame seeds are a good garnish.

    Too salty. You put salt and soya sauce. Damn not good. Use garlics insted onion

      Put the amount of salt that you prefer. Add garlic or onions or both which I would probably do. Make it to your own taste or don’t make it at all that’s your choice. Don’t worry about how others like to make it. Just scroll on, it’s no big deal.

    Good too long, if the broccoli loses its bright greenness, it’s overcooked, but a good recipe will definitely try with less salt as well

    garlic.
    Addition of carrots and capsicum would be healthier with flavors and texture. 😮
