You mean the lodestone? It drains almost if not all your stamina if it hits you.

was asking myself that question to , cuz i'm not playing for very long ... maybe 2 months and i dont have that wheel menu . still nice video ! since i'm curieus about the pvp servers . wich obviously i didnt choose before i truely know the game :)
