I don’t think it’s a good thing to say man should man up and accept every pain without showing any emotions, they are humans too who feel as much pain as women do and it’s through them showing their pain that they can heal cause if there’s no healing time every thing is bottled waiting to explode. That’s one of the main reasons we have high numbers of violence, overflowing jails, high numbers of suicide and the list goes on I wish all man our brothers, fathers, uncles, nephews, sons would show their pain so they can deal with their emotions to allow healing so we can have better role models
