I have to give this girl props. She is a talented vegan cook and offers something for everyone... whether it involves simple, wholesome ingredients or convenience items - she didn't forget to mention alternatives for things that may not be accessible to everyone (regardless of which way the scale tilts)! I really appreciate her taking the time to do this.
Thee Burger Dude has a great suggestion for vegan sausage on breakfast sandwiches and that’s to let them thaw then combine two into one so that there is better sausage to muffin ratio.
I make frozen waffles. I use a waffle iron with 2 smaller squares 🧇 that look like they are store bought, but taste way better. I store a batch in the freezer and then put them in the toaster in the morning and add blueberries or strawberries to them, and maple syrup.
I make Just egg frittatas. I use the silicone cupcake liners so they don’t stick. I mix the just egg with Sazon completo and sometimes shredded cheese. Bake it in the oven more 20 minutes. Then you have 12 egg bites for the week! I reheat in the microwave for 15 seconds 😊
Quick and Easy Vegan Breakfast Recipes (Under 10 MINUTES?!). Interesting and engaging video. I support your video. Watched the video July 24, 2022 very like. Thank you very much. Have a nice day
What temp and time would you suggest to reheat the English muffin breakfast sandwiches in the air fryer? Wondering for frozen and refrigerated. Love the recipes! ❤️
I tend to make sheet pan pancakes as an easy morning breakfast, cut them up like you would brownies. Eat them over the week with a little warmed up maple syrup. However I will have to try making regular pancakes ahead of time and freezing them.
Omg the breakfast granola bars look amazing! Can’t wait to try those ☺️💕 can I ask what kind of vegan sausage patties those were? Thanks for the recipe inspo ✨
Yum!!! I was so looking for some breakfast ideas. Prevegan I'd make my own egg muffin sandwiches. I've used that pancake hack with pancakes, waffles and french toast. I've been meaning to make some breakfast cookies using the flavors of sorrel. I'm akways out of at least one ingredient. Usually i eat the dried sweetened hibiscus before I make the cookies. This week is the week! 😋
I love breakfast burritos. I make a batch of 20 or so with assorted ingredients and freeze them. Any time I need a quick meal, I can pull them out of the freezer and micro-nuke them for a couple of minutes and I'm good to go.
Where can I purchase the vegan egg patties for the breakfast sandwich? I clicked on the link but it’s not coming up please let me know I would love to try the recipe it looks delicious
Wait, I live in Europe and when you said natural peanut butter I'm a bit concerned. Do I need to use sweetened peanut butter if a recipe is from someone in Canada or the US unless it explicitly says natural?
In the states, natural peanut butter forms an oil layer on top. In "regular" peanut butter, the oil stays suspended in the peanut butter, no matter how long it's been left on the shelf
@@getturkeyvirus It's the same here but you didn't answer my question on how to interpret recipes 😂 Before this video I always assumed that peanut butter in any recipe meant the natural version. Now I'm wondering if that assumption was wrong?
@@Pyrion93 "regular" peanut butter usually contains sugar, salt, oils and additives that prevent separation. "Natural" peanut butter usually is just peanuts as the only ingredient. She is using natural peanut butter with no additives. Hope this helps!
I am thankful for the good work you did, I am now HSV free after I used the medication you sent me, may God bless you #drunamen channel with more wisdom....
She talks about the bars supposedly not having all that "extra" added fat and sugar but then proceeds to add a bunch of added fat and sugar (coconut oil and syrup) likely even more than the store baught versions which is fine, I don't care unless you make false claims about it.
“False claims” is a bit inflammatory. Using agave or maypole syrup sand coconut oil and using high fructose corn syrup and some highly processed seed oil Is very very different
@@EdgyVeg high fructose corn syrup is just as bad as sugar. Chemically they are about the same thing. Sugar refined to the point that it has no nutritional value and a out 50% fructose 50% glucose. Coconut oil is pure refined saturated fat higher in saturated fat than butter or lard. It raises peoples cholesterol and blood pressure a lot. Dr greger has some really good videos on both of these. All well sourced and publicly funded. We all make mistakes but it's good to spread the truth.
@@EdgyVeg Not to mention almost all brands of granola bars I've seen are sweetened with maple syrup or honey anyway and usually use an oil lower in saturated fat. Some brands of bars are such as some good and gather, Lara bars and some trader joes bars are 100% whole food plant based, sweetened with dates and using nuts instead of oil.
As someone who's been researching nutrition for a few years now I was also surprised to find out many of the things that I learned. I always try to go in with an open mind. I highly recommend those videos I was talking about and I wish I could paste the links but unfortunately youtube doesn't allow links in comment sections anymore.
Why did she say added Vitamin D like it was a bad thing? A person would have to have 40,000 IU of Vitamin D a day to get sick, which is the equivalent of taking 16 of the highest dose supplements a day. Way more than you'd ever find in any fortified foods.

Just a hint, you can toast the muffin before you make the egg sandwich, If you’re going to heat it up in the microwave or air fryer
Just purchased your book Amazon has 15% off I appreciate your videos and so it’s time to give back thank you

how did you know which measurements of the ingredients to use?
@@deannamoradi9532 I just eyeballed it. This will work as long as you don’t make it too wet but cover all the ingredients. Turned out great.
I can't find the recipe for the bars on your website? Is there a recipe with measurements
Can you use your mung-bean-egg-recipe to make French toast?
Love that these are easy!!
I can't find the recipe for the breakfast bars on the website? Can someone please link to where the ingredient quantities are listed?

PB bars look freakin delish!! Would be nice if you found ways to make things without plastic though

If you live in the US I have seen them at Walmart and Whole Foods. I’ve also made my own using moong beans/lentils.
I wonder if it'll work with sunflower butter instead of peanut butter my grand baby allergic
Absolutely 💯
